Owns end-to-end product marketing for Uniphore’s AI platform, including positioning, architecture narratives, competitive intelligence, thought leadership, technical content, launches, enablement, and adoption. Partners with Product, Engineering, AI Research, Sales, customers, analysts, and market influencers to differentiate the platform, inform strategy and roadmaps, support enterprise technology buyers, and drive pipeline and revenue.

Partners with Product, Data Science, Design, and executive leadership while hiring, mentoring, and scaling globally distributed engineering teams. Drives long-term AI technology strategy and delivers secure, scalable solutions for enterprise customers.

Lead enterprise technical sales cycles for an AI platform, partnering with account executives, product, and engineering teams. Conduct discovery, deliver technical presentations and demos, build proofs of concept, respond to RFPs, and design AI solution architectures. Advise clients on AI adoption, cloud deployment, API integration, data governance, security, and enterprise automation. Translate complex technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes and support large deal closures.

Supports, configures, and improves the Workday platform across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Performance, Absence, and Time Tracking. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, business process and security configuration, production issue resolution, reporting, calculated fields, EIB data loads, integrations support, data audits, testing, releases, documentation, training, and stakeholder collaboration.

Leads executive engagement strategy for strategic enterprise customer and prospect accounts. Designs executive briefings, dinners, summits, peer forums, and bespoke experiences; partners with sales, senior leadership, and ecosystem partners; integrates thought leadership; supports retention, expansion, and pipeline growth; and builds scalable playbooks, operating cadences, and measurement frameworks.

Lead end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions across multiple customers and industries. Architect robust, scalable, secure systems (RAG, multi-agent, SLM/LLM, multimodal), mentor Forward Deployed Engineering teams, partner with senior customer stakeholders, define best practices and reusable frameworks, drive post-delivery optimization, and publish thought leadership while ensuring governance, observability, and compliance.

As a Senior AI Engineer, you'll develop ML and Generative AI models, ensure integration with enterprise applications, and manage large datasets while collaborating with teams and mentoring others.

The Director of AI Customer Success oversees enterprise client relationships, ensuring success metrics and driving AI adoption, retention, and value realization through strategic consulting and collaboration with internal teams.

Lead enterprise AI advisory for C-suite clients: define AI strategy, responsible AI and governance, run executive discovery workshops, design solution blueprints for Uniphore Business AI Cloud, support pre-sales and post-sales value realization, mentor advisory teams, and inform product roadmaps to drive measurable ROI and scalable agentic AI adoption.
