Position Summary
Responsibilities
- Lead Breakthrough Partnership Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a partnership strategy that drives cultural relevance, brand love and
business growth. - Lead high-priority partnerships end-to-end—from opportunity identification and concept
development through negotiation, execution and go-to-market. - Orchestrate cross-functional teams across Brand, Creative, Product Development,
- Digital, PR, Social, Operations and other key functions.
- Create alignment, navigate roadblocks and influence senior leadership to move complex
initiatives forward. - Build Strategic Partner Relationships
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with external partners, serving as a senior-level
representative and extension of the e.l.f. brand. - Lead partner relationships from initial outreach through execution, balancing the
strategic, creative and business needs of both organizations. - Proactively expand a strong network across brands, entertainment, creators, media and
culture to identify new partnership opportunities. - Be a Creative Marketer
- Turn consumer insights and cultural opportunities into breakthrough partnership
- concepts, campaigns, products and experiences.
- Partner with Creative, Product Development and Brand teams to bring big ideas to life.
- Push beyond traditional collaborations to create unexpected, distinctive and inherently
shareable work. - Bring strong creative judgment and a high bar for work that earns attention and

- Maintain a deep understanding of emerging trends, social conversations, entertainment,

lead culture. - Ensure partnerships feel authentic and native to the culture—not forced or opportunistic.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field; MBA a plus.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing, partnerships, integrated marketing
or a related field. - Proven track record of developing and executing high-impact partnerships from concept
through launch. - Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence without
direct authority and align senior stakeholders. - Strong creative marketing instincts, with experience developing breakthrough
campaigns, products or experiences. - Proven relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted
senior-level external partnerships. - Deep cultural fluency and curiosity, with an innate understanding of social,
entertainment, creators, emerging communities and consumer trends. - Excellent strategic, storytelling, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple
priorities with agility. - A passion for challenging conventional thinking and creating work that is unexpected,
culturally relevant and unmistakably e.l.f.
The base salary range for this role is listed above.
Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.’s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. The amount of total compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications.
