Ivy Fertility is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Business Intelligence (BI) to lead the design, development, and evolution of our enterprise analytics ecosystem. This role will be responsible for partnering with IT to complete the build of a scalable data warehouse, integrating data from multiple EMRs and revenue cycle platforms, and delivering trusted, actionable insights through standardized reporting and executive dashboards. The ideal candidate blends strong technical BI leadership with healthcare operations and financial acumen, and is comfortable partnering with clinical, operational, financial, and executive stakeholders across a growing national platform.

Key Responsibilities – Business Intelligence & Data Strategy

  • Define and execute Ivy Fertility's enterprise BI and analytics strategy aligned with business and clinical priorities
  • Partner with IT on the roadmap for completing data warehouse
  • Own analytics, dashboards, and self-service reporting companywide
  • Establish and manage data governance, definitions, KPI frameworks, and data quality standards

Key Responsibilities – Data Architecture & Integration

  • Partner with IT on the design and build-out of a centralized data warehouse integrating EMRs, billing, RCM, and operational systems
  • Partner with IT on vendors, and data providers to ensure reliable and secure data pipelines
  • Partner with IT on ensuring HIPAA compliance and best practices in data security and access controls

Key Responsibilities – Reporting & Analytics Delivery

  • Further develop executive dashboards covering revenue cycle management, patient conversion, operational performance, and clinical outcomes
  • Deliver standardized and ad-hoc reporting to support enterprise decision-making

Key Responsibilities – Stakeholder Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted analytics partner to executive, clinical, and operational leaders
  • Translate business questions into data-driven insights

Key Responsibilities – Team Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing BI and analytics team
  • Establish best practices for data modeling, visualization, and documentation

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or data engineering

Preferred:

  • Healthcare or multi-site clinical platform experience
  • Experience with EMRs, billing, and revenue cycle systems
  • Proficiency in SQL, BI visualization tools, and cloud data platforms
