What You'll Do:

The Talent Acquisition team at CoreWeave is responsible for building the commercial engine that powers CoreWeave's growth. The Director, Business Recruiting is a strategic leader responsible for scaling CoreWeave's Business and related functions, including Revenue, GTM (Pre- and Post-Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Marketing) and G&A (Legal, People Ops, Finance, Procurement, and Executive Support). You'll build and execute recruiting strategies, lead a high-performing team, and partner closely with Business leadership to attract and retain top-tier talent.

In this role, you will own:

Strategic Talent Acquisition

  • Own and evolve CoreWeave's Business Operations, GTM, and G&A hiring strategy across multiple functions and levels
  • Forecast and prioritize hiring needs in partnership with Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Legal, People Ops, Finance, and Procurement leadership
  • Use market intelligence, compensation trends, and competitor insights to drive results

Executive-Level Recruiting

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior professional, director, and executive-level GTM and Business Operations roles
  • Champion a world-class candidate experience from first touch to onboarding

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior Business Leaders in related fields like GTM and G&A, aligning recruiting with business goals
  • Partner with HR, HRBPs, People Ops, Finance (headcount/comp), and Legal (compliance) to keep hiring tight and compliant
  • Communicate hiring trends, pipeline health, and strategy updates to key stakeholders

Operational Excellence & Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Leverage analytics to improve pipeline conversion rates, time-to-fill, and quality of hire
  • Optimize tools, workflows, and interview frameworks to drive efficiency and scalability across a diverse req portfolio
  • Build and refine scorecards, interview kits, and structured assessment approaches for Business functions
  • Evaluate and implement new sourcing automation protocols and methods

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build, coach, and scale a team of high-performing Business, GTM, G&A, and related recruiters
  • Create a collaborative, metrics-driven recruiting culture centered on excellence and learning
  • Raise the bar for the team's recruiting craft through hands-on coaching in candidate engagement, narrative-driven outreach, and high-stakes stakeholder conversations

Portfolio Breadth & Context Switching

  • Own the full Business recruiting portfolio: Revenue, GTM (Sales, Pre- and Post-Sales, Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, Marketing) as well as G&A (Legal, People Ops, Finance, Procurement, and Executive Support) — flexing to lend support where it is most needed, while maintaining quality and speed
  • Advise hiring managers on scoping, leveling, compensation bands, and interview design across a diverse range of business functions
Who You Are:
  • 10+ years of Business Operations recruiting experience, including Revenue, GTM, and G&A functions
  • 5+ years in a leadership role, including management of recruiting organizations of 25+ reports
  • Proven success leading hiring for senior and executive Business and GTM roles — Account Executives, Sales Leaders, Solutions Architects, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and G&A functions — in fast-paced, scaling environments
  • Deep knowledge of Business Operations and GTM org structures, commercial role nuances, and what great looks like across Revenue, Sales, Solutions, and G&A functions
  • Mastery of sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem) and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse)
  • Skilled in recruiting analytics, pipeline forecasting, and optimization for hiring at scale
  • Executive presence and ability to influence senior Business, GTM, and G&A leaders
  • Excellent offer strategy, negotiation, and closing skills in competitive commercial talent markets
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and agentic workflows across the recruiting lifecycle — sourcing automation, candidate research, pipeline analytics, and outreach — with a drive to continuously evaluate and adopt emerging tools as the landscape evolves
Preferred:
  • Experience in a high-growth, hypergrowth, or pre/post-IPO tech company

The base salary range for this role is $182,000 to $242,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
