  • Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills, with demonstrated experience partnering closely with Sales and other business stakeholders in the technology sector.
  • Experience advising on privacy and data protection matters arising in commercial technology transactions.
  • You will be a collaborative, team-oriented leader who views success as shared, contributes effectively as part of a broader leadership team, and brings a global perspective beyond their own region.
  • Strong commercial judgment and the confidence to make pragmatic, risk-based decisions, including in situations where there may be limited precedent.
  • Flexible, creative, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to balance the needs of Sales with appropriate legal and business risk, while exercising sound judgment on when to escalate.
  • A credible and supportive leader who leads by example, effectively balancing a significant personal caseload with team leadership as business priorities evolve.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal issues, provide clear and practical guidance, and challenge stakeholders constructively.
