OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY

Fox Corporation

Under the FOX banner, we produce and distribute content through some of the world’s leading and most valued brands, including: FOX News Media, FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, FOX Television Stations and Tubi Media Group. We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The FOX direct-to-consumer (DTC) platform is a new, forward-looking initiative within Tubi Media Group that brings FOX’s unparalleled content portfolio—news, sports, and entertainment—directly to consumers via an innovative subscription streaming service.

Driven by a highly experienced leadership team with extensive backgrounds at the intersections of media, technology, streaming, and content—and built with the full support of Fox Corporation—this venture combines entrepreneurial energy with deep media expertise.

Our vision is to create a unified, modern viewing experience that puts the consumer first—seamlessly integrating live and on-demand content across platforms.

At the intersection of cutting-edge technology and trusted storytelling, this is an opportunity to shape the future of streaming at one of the most pivotal moments in media. We’re assembling a world-class team to deliver on that vision—and we’re just getting started.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Director, Commercial Strategy & Performance (Partner) will drive the commercial success and long-term growth of FOX One's strategic distribution and platform partnerships. This role is responsible for defining the performance strategy across key partner channels, translating business objectives into scalable growth initiatives, and ensuring partner investments deliver meaningful subscriber acquisition, paid conversion, and long-term customer value.

Working cross-functionally with Business Development, Product, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and Operations, you will connect commercial strategy with execution—leveraging data-driven insights to optimize partner performance, influence roadmap priorities, and identify new opportunities for growth. This highly visible role requires a strategic operator who can navigate complex partner ecosystems, drive alignment across stakeholders, and communicate actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Channel & Platform Partner Performance: Own the commercial performance and growth strategy for the partnership— set and track subscriber, paid conversion, and LTV targets. Contribute to the overall performance scorecard for partner health and risk management.

  • Channel & Platform Partner Growth Strategy: Partner closely with Channel Partner leads to identify growth areas within partnerships — lifecycle programs, feature expansion, offers — turning partnership goals into shippable initiatives.

  • Offer Strategy & Alignment: Partner closely with DTC Leads, Business Development Leads and day-to-day Channel Partner Leads to ensure offer strategies across all verticals are aligned with broader FOX One business objectives, customer acquisition goals, and monetization strategy.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to define partner-related feature requirements, offer capabilities, and prioritization needs that support partner growth.

  • Executive Communication: Develop high-quality presentations, partner performance summaries, business cases, and risk assessments that clearly communicate performance trends, opportunities, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Typically, 10+ years' experience leading partner growth, business operations, distribution strategy, or monetization functions within a direct-to-consumer, streaming, subscription, or platform-based business

  • Demonstrated success managing platform, OEM, channel, or distribution partnerships that drive subscriber acquisition, paid conversion, and long-term customer value

  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with experience evaluating partner performance, offer effectiveness, investment tradeoffs, and growth opportunities

  • Proven ability to influence and partner effectively across Business Development, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Operations within a matrixed organization

  • Experience driving cross-functional execution and operational rigor across complex partner ecosystems and business initiatives

  • Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex business performance into clear insights, recommendations, and materials for senior leadership and external partners

  • Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace a minimum of 3 days per week is an essential function of the position. Selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Experience scaling a multi-channel streaming or subscription business

  • Background in platform distribution, OEM partnerships, or channel monetization

  • Experience launching or growing new partner-led subscription or bundled offerings

  • Familiarity with media, sports, or entertainment ecosystems

  • Willingness to travel as needed
