Job Description

•Lead total rewards strategy and oversee benefit, compensation, and recognition programs.

• Provides leadership to managers and professional employees

• Is accountable for the performance and results of multiple teams

• Develops departmental plans, including business, operation and/or organizational priorities

• Decision-making is guided by department objectives

Responsibilities

Provides leadership to managers and some individual contributors, accountable for the performance and results of team and contributes to people management and area goals and priorities.

For employees outside India and United States: Willingness to serve as a local internal subsidiary director to represent the entity in country, with full support from corporate teams, in governance matters

Qualifications

•Applies in-depth understanding of the business dynamics of own department/district integrates within the division

•Identifies and resolves complex multi-dimensional business problems 

•Manages multiple related teams, sets organizational priorities and allocates resources; executes department business plans

•Influences others internally and externally, including senior division executives, vendors or regulators 

•Requires a comprehensive understanding of internal and industry standards and principles

• Impacts the business results of a department by setting priorities, allocating resources, and developing policies and plans.

•Guided by department business plans

•8-12 years with team management background

•Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
