The Opportunity
The Data Integrity Director is responsible for overseeing security master setup, data quality controls, and reconciliation support to ensure the accurate, consistent, and timely delivery of security-level reference data. This role partners closely with asset originators, centralized reconciliation teams, and technology stakeholders to support daily operations, platform implementations, and data governance initiatives, while driving scalable process improvements and strong operational controls. Based in the US, the position supports the North America business unit with global oversight and owns day-to-day operational governance, including metrics, issue tracking, and coordination across business, reconciliation, and technology partners. This role sits at the center of the business, enabling reliable data that supports trading, reporting, and risk management outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee security master setup activities, data integrity checks, and ongoing maintenance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to data governance standards.
- Partner with asset originators to onboard new securities and incorporate reference data into security master platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues identified by a various business units, monitoring controls, and centralized reconciliation processes.
- Collaborate with centralized reconciliation teams to resolve portfolio breaks and support regional operational alignment.
- Produce and maintain operational metrics, documentation, and testing support for platform implementations, governance initiatives, and continuous process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field of expertise.
- 5+ years of operations experience in the Financial Services industry, Capital Markets or Investment Products (Fixed Income & Equity Securities).
- Prior people management experience with direct responsibilities for team oversight and accountability.
- Strong understanding of investment operations with a focus on fixed income and equity securities.
- Advanced problem-solving abilities and communication skills with excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Power BI, Cubes and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Aladdin, Bloomberg, PAM Accounting, Enterprise Data Management or other Investment platforms.
- Experience with AI tools (i.e.Hebbia/CoPilot)
