Healthcare is one of the most complex ecosystems, finding and selecting care should not make it harder. Today, consumers face a fragmented experience when searching for care, navigating disconnected tools, inconsistent Provider Data, unclear options, and limited decision support across digital and assisted channels. This effort goes beyond traditional provider search to incorporate advanced search capabilities, decision support, and emerging agentic experiences that help members confidently find, evaluate, and access care.
As Director, Digital Product, Find & Compare Care, you will lead the digital product portfolio for UnitedHealthcare's Find & Compare Care, ensuring it aligns with our enterprise strategy and delivers exceptional value to our members.
