The summary above was generated by AI

Metaview is an AI company focused on recruiting. We build AI agents that help world-class companies hire with radically more speed and precision. We automate the toil, and augment the human for companies like Brex, Affirm, Deel, ElevenLabs, and Airtable.

Founded by Siadhal and Shahriar after their experiences scaling Uber and Palantir, we’ve raised over $50m from top-tier investors. Most recently, Google Ventures led our series B. We’re growing 5x YoY, our customers are raving fans of the product, and our story has been covered in Fortune, Forbes, TechCrunch, and The Times.

It’s still day 0: Now is the time to re-engineer how work gets done with AI at the core, and our toughest challenges still lie ahead. We’re looking for people seeking the hardest, most fulfilling work of their lives.

How we work

We operate with one core principle: velocity. In practice, this means we:

  • Optimize everything we do around accelerating the rate of learning.

  • Do truly great work

  • Communicate openly and directly, and with full context.

All while maintaining a hard-earned reputation for craft and quality.

The Role

Metaview's Customer Success team is growing fast across London and San Francisco. To lead our US SMB & MM post-sales motion, we're hiring a Director, Engagement - someone who builds exceptional teams, drives real customer value, and owns revenue outcomes directly.

You'll inherit a team of 4 CSMs across San Francisco and New York, scale it to 8-10 by end of year, and own the full Mid-Market and SMB CS motion in the US. You'll recruit and develop world-class CS talent, build the operating rhythms that make great execution repeatable, whilst driving our NRR & GRR targets quarter over quarter.

If you're a builder at heart, commercially sharp, and deeply bought into what AI can do for modern CS teams, this role is for you.

Key ownership areas:

  • Build and lead a high-performing US CS team across MM + SMB - recruiting, developing, and performance-managing exceptional CSM talent is a core part of the job.

  • Own GRR and NRR targets QoQ, with a clear path through onboarding excellence, deep product adoption, and expansion.

  • Lead the US post-sales motion with clear operating rhythms - efficient onboarding, adoption, forecasting, and renewal processes.

  • Deliver exceptional customer outcomes across the US portfolio: rapid time-to-value, deep adoption of core AI workflows, and measurable business impact.

  • Partner with global CS leadership to refine playbooks, build systems, and elevate the entire CS organisation.

What you bring
  • 2–3+ years of CS leadership in high-growth, VC-backed B2B SaaS, with ownership of MM and/or SMB segments. Early-stage startup experience strongly preferred.

  • Proven track record of building or scaling a CS team from scratch in a high-growth environment.

  • Direct revenue ownership experience. Commercial instinct and experience building expansion and retention motions - not just executing inherited playbooks.

  • Demonstrably AI-native: you actively use AI to improve your own and your team's output, and you're actively raising the bar on how your team works.

  • Operational rigour: you build playbooks and rhythms that work in the real world - pragmatic, scalable, and unbloated.

  • High autonomy with strong async communication habits - comfortable working across a significant timezone gap with global leadership.

  • Based in San Francisco or open to relocating. We work in a hybrid arrangement with regular in-office time.
