Role Overview
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for creating and executing a strategic enterprise sales program, growing the enterprise customer base, and building long-term client relationships. You will own the full enterprise sales process and play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy for large accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead Nelexa’s enterprise sales program from inception, defining processes, tools, and strategy
Identify, pursue, and close large enterprise opportunities, driving measurable revenue growth
Develop and maintain strong executive relationships with enterprise clients
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to create effective sales campaigns and solutions
Forecast, report, and analyze enterprise sales performance for leadership
Mentor and guide future enterprise sales team members as the program grows
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in enterprise sales, with a track record of building a sales book or program from scratch
Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and enterprise client dynamics
Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and build processes in an evolving organization
Experience managing or mentoring sales teams is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling technology, software, or SaaS solutions to large enterprises
Familiarity with CRM tools and enterprise sales forecasting
Proven ability to develop and implement enterprise go-to-market strategies
