Role Overview

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for creating and executing a strategic enterprise sales program, growing the enterprise customer base, and building long-term client relationships. You will own the full enterprise sales process and play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy for large accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead Nelexa’s enterprise sales program from inception, defining processes, tools, and strategy

  • Identify, pursue, and close large enterprise opportunities, driving measurable revenue growth

  • Develop and maintain strong executive relationships with enterprise clients

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to create effective sales campaigns and solutions

  • Forecast, report, and analyze enterprise sales performance for leadership

  • Mentor and guide future enterprise sales team members as the program grows

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, with a track record of building a sales book or program from scratch

  • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and enterprise client dynamics

  • Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and build processes in an evolving organization

  • Experience managing or mentoring sales teams is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling technology, software, or SaaS solutions to large enterprises

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and enterprise sales forecasting

  • Proven ability to develop and implement enterprise go-to-market strategies
