  • Maintain a clear point of view on priorities, trade-offs, and performance
  • Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution
  • Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities, and drive actions to accelerate progress
  • Represent the Office of the President in key forums, aligning senior stakeholders and driving outcomes
  • Develop executive- and board-level presentations, memos, and communications
  • Turn complex topics into clear, compelling narratives that influence decisions
  • Prepare briefings and decision frameworks for leadership discussions
  • Build analyses and business cases to inform key trade-offs
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff on evolving priorities and special projects
About You

We get excited about candidates like you because:

  • 12+ years in management consulting and/or corporate strategy, with experience owning enterprise or company-wide planning
  • Experience in subscription, SVOD/streaming, or direct-to-consumer businesses
  • 5+ years of experience building and leading high-performing teams
  • A structured approach to problem-solving and the ability to turn ambiguity into clear direction
  • Experience creating executive- and board-level materials that drive decisions
  • Strong analytical skills, including building business cases and decision frameworks
  • A track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders
  • MBA or advanced degree, or equivalent experience in strategy, operations, or leadership roles
About the Team

Enterprise Strategy & Initiatives extends the capacity of the President and drives Crunchyroll’s highest-priority work.
