About Us
Health is the most important thing in life, and the American healthcare system is completely broken - poor outcomes, high cost, bad patient experience. We're building a new system from the ground up.

Our mission is to improve people’s health by making it easy to live a healthy lifestyle.

Nourish is the country's largest dietitian-led metabolic health clinic. We’re an AI-native digital health system matching patients with 10,000+ Registered Dietitians, physicians, medications, lab testing, and AI agents to deliver insurance-covered care across all 50 states. Founded four years ago, we've completed millions of appointments, tripled year-over-year, and partnered with health plans covering 200M+ Americans across 250+ health systems.

In 2026 we raised a $100M Series C, bringing total funding to $215M. The round was led by Menlo Ventures, with participation from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, Maverick Ventures, Y Combinator, BoxGroup, Atomico, Daybreak, and Operator Partners.

This is not a job for everyone. We hold an extremely high bar because we believe talent density is our biggest competitive advantage. We're looking for people who actively choose hard, ambiguous problems, who run toward unglamorous work, give and receive candid feedback, and bring relentless resilience without the ego. Our work is important, but we are not self-important. We do this because we’re solving one of the hardest problems in the world, and the problem matters. If that's you, we disproportionately reward it.

About the Role

D2C marketing is the #1 input to Nourish's growth today. As the leader of our Growth Marketing team, you'll own the full function end-to-end: strategy, execution, team, and the operating model.

You'll report to our Head of Growth & Marketing and lead a team of 4 existing full-time channel managers across several channels (and continue to grow the team). You will fully own our 9-figure media budget and be responsible for growing our existing channels and expanding to new ones. You'll work closely with peers across Creative, Product, and Strategic Finance, and more to continue to grow patient acquisition at Nourish.

This is a full-time role based out of our Flatiron office in NYC. We're looking for candidates who are local or open to relocating. We work a hybrid schedule with 3+ days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set and drive Growth Marketing strategy: Define overall growth strategy and ensure it flows into roadmaps and priorities at every level. Own D2C target-setting and mix allocation.
  • D2C performance: You’ll be responsible for setting and achieving D2C growth targets, including day-to-day and week-to-week media buying tactical strategy.
  • Lead and grow the team: Manage and develop our growth marketing team (currently 4 FTE, 2 freelance). Own org design, resourcing decisions, hiring, and coaching top talent.
  • Build systems that scale with complexity: Design and evolve the growth marketing operating model, systems, and processes that support continued rapid, efficient signup growth as the function becomes more complex (new channels, new audiences, and managing to marketplace dynamics).
  • Work cross-functionally to support Growth: Partner closely with leaders across the business, including Creative, Product, Strategic Finance, Corporate Strategy, and more.
We’d love to hear from you if:
  • You have 7–9 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, with hands-on ownership of digital and offline channels.
  • You've managed meaningful paid budgets (8 figures monthly or more), ideally having scaled them 3x or more over the time you managed them.
  • You’re a first principles thinker with strong instincts for impact. You can build a growth strategy from scratch and prioritize ruthlessly across levers. You use impact to prioritize ruthlessly, for both yourself and your team, and have strong instincts for where to focus.
  • You're an extremely strong analytical problem solver. You're data-driven by default and skilled at root-cause diagnosis. You go from data → insight → action quickly and have a strong sense for when a metric needs investigation.
  • You are a talented people leader with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams. You have sharp discernment for team and individual performance and are a strong coach.
  • You can lead and influence across teams: low-ego, strong POV loosely held, comfortable driving complex decisions with multiple cross-functional stakeholders in the room.
  • You thrive in high-growth, high-stakes environments where you're expected to deliver results, and you're excited to be both the strategic layer and the person still close enough to the work to catch what's off.
