About Nebius:

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.

Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.

The role

Nebius is building the AI infrastructure that powers the transformation of media and entertainment, from content creation and advertising to AI-native production.

As Senior Partnership Manager - Media And Entertainment GTM, you will own the day-to-day execution of our most strategic relationships by expanding the commercial infrastructure that scales the vertical across new partnerships, increasing the scope and scale of existing engagements, managing technology partners and key accounts, and developing ISV relationships.

This is an operationally rigorous, relationship-led role. It is not a quota-carrying AE seat. It creates leverage across the entire M&E partner ecosystem by ensuring every engagement is structured, documented, and progressing.

You will co-build these relationships alongside the GM and Technical Director of M&E. Where they set strategy and architect solutions, you own the business case, manage the partner cadence, and drive commercial outcomes. As the vertical scales, this role will grow from individual contributor into team leadership.

You are welcome to work remotely from the United States (NYCSFO, or Austin preferred).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partner & Account Relationship Management: Own the day-to-day commercial relationship across our strategic technology partners and named accounts within M&E. Manage business reviews, drive engagement plans, and ensure every relationship has a clear trajectory.
  • Partner Ecosystem Development: Discover and qualify new partnership opportunities across advertising, content creation, and AI-native businesses. Run structured discovery, map joint value propositions, and develop the commercial frameworks that define how partners engage with Nebius.
  • Commercial Strategy & Use-Case Framing: Translate Nebius's AI infrastructure capabilities into partner-ready narratives. Frame joint use cases, define go-to-market positioning, and build the commercial logic that makes Nebius the default infrastructure recommendation within a partner's customer base.
  • Operational Rigor & Process Design: Build the operating cadences that make M&E partnerships repeatable and measurable. Document relationship status, track partner-sourced pipeline, structure reporting that gives leadership real-time visibility, and ensure partner intelligence flows into product roadmap discussions.
  • Co-Marketing & Ecosystem Presence: Identify co-marketing opportunities with strategic partners and drive execution in partnership with the Nebius marketing team. This includes joint content, case studies, campaign participation, and event activations. Represent Nebius at key M&E industry events, building relationships and reinforcing our market position.
  • GTM Enablement: Codify learnings from partner engagements into reusable assets: partner profiles, engagement playbooks, objection maps, and use-case briefs that allow the broader field team to engage M&E credibly without your direct involvement.

We expect you to have:

  • AI-Native Intuition: You think AI-first. You understand the difference between inference and GPU’s and how AI workloads differ from traditional cloud consumption.
  • Structured Strategic Foundation: 8+ years of professional experience with early-career roots in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similarly structured analytical environment.
  • Commercial Execution Experience: Proven track record in account management, business development, or strategic partnerships, specifically in roles where you owned the full relationship lifecycle, not just a transaction.
  • Partnership & Ecosystem Fluency: Experience building or managing technology partnerships or channel-adjacent ecosystems. You understand how partners evaluate, package, and sell.
  • Entrepreneurial Tenacity:  You operate like a founder. You define the opportunity, build the plan, and execute it without waiting for someone to hand you the playbook.
  • Operational Discipline: You build systems, not just relationships. You document, you track, you create reporting cadences, and you hold yourself and your partners accountable to structured progress.
  • Communication & Executive Presence: Confident engaging with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, agency leadership, and studio executives. You hold a room without being the loudest voice in it.
  • Comfort in Ambiguity: Experience operating in high-growth or early-stage environments where the playbook doesn't exist yet.

It will be an added bonus if you have:

  • Experience working within or selling to the media and entertainment ecosystem, including advertising, content creation, VFX, or AI-native production companies.
  • Background in AI, cloud platforms, or GPU-accelerated computing.
  • Prior experience in a sales overlay, vertical GTM, or domain specialist role within a cloud company.

Key employee benefits in the US:

  • Health insurance: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.
  • 401(k) plan: Up to 4% company match with immediate vesting.
  • Parental leave: 20 weeks paid for primary caregivers, 12 weeks for secondary caregivers.
  • Remote work reimbursement: Up to $85/month for mobile and internet.
  • Disability & life insurance: Company-paid short-term, long-term and life insurance coverage.
