The Opportunity

As Adobe continues to scale its enterprise business, the role of strategic partners has never been more critical. The Director of Industry-Led Partner Sales will be a key driver of Adobe’s partner-led growth strategy, aligning closely with enterprise sales leaders to activate partners, generate influenced pipeline, and accelerate bookings.

This leader will be accountable for developing and driving partner strategies that align with field GTM motions, driving measurable impact across pipeline creation, deal progression, and revenue realization. The role requires deep engagement with Adobe’s top partners to build joint GTM plans, enable field leadership, and orchestrate participation in QBRs, RTBs, and forecast calls.

What You'll Do

  • Partner Strategy & Activation: Develop and implement industry-aligned partner strategies that drive pipeline and bookings. Activate partners through joint GTM planning, enablement, and co-marketing.
  • Field Alignment: Collaborate with enterprise sales leaders to embed partner motions into field GTM, ensuring seamless integration across sales plays and customer engagements.
  • Pipeline & Revenue Impact: Own partner-influenced pipeline metrics and bookings targets. Track performance through scorecards and governance models.
  • Leadership Enablement: Equip field leaders with partner insights, tools, and engagement models to accelerate deal progression and close rates.
  • Governance & Rhythm: Establish operating rhythms that drive accountability and transparency.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent Adobe’s partner strategy in internal and external forums. Share best practices and success stories to amplify impact.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales, alliances, or partner strategy roles.
  • Proven success in building and delivering partner GTM strategies that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales motions, partner ecosystems, and industry verticals.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a track record of public speaking or published thought leadership.
  • Willingness to travel (~40%) to engage with partners and field teams.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $228,500 -- $418,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
