Who We Are

We’re an experiential marketing agency that specializes in creating dynamic brand experiences that make an impact. We believe these experiences are important moments that can happen anywhere — onsite at an event, online, on a billboard, or across any other channel of a campaign. Audiences are overwhelmed with brands competing for their attention, and it takes true expertise to breakthrough and turn those moments into experiences. That’s where we come in.

As a Women-owned and Employee-owned agency, we’re fueled by curiosity, creativity, and a drive to help brands drive impact in meaningful, memorable ways. We believe in being great, doing good, and having fun while delivering bold, results-driven, award-winning work. With offices in the SF Bay Area, New York, and Chicago, our client partners include some of the most recognizable brands in the world. More than vendors, we’re strategic allies and production-born experts who help brands own every moment with their audiences — wherever they take place.

The Role

We are looking to hire a Director, Integrated Campaigns to shape and lead experiential-led, multi-channel campaign platforms that drive measurable brand and business impact. In this role, you’ll define the strategic architecture behind scalable campaign ecosystems, spanning live activations, digital, social, content, partnerships, and earned media.

Reporting to the SVP, Creative Design/Executive Creative Director, you’ll work cross-functionally to translate complex business objectives, cultural dynamics, and audience behaviors into actionable campaign systems. This is a senior strategic leadership role requiring sharp thinking, operational clarity, and the ability to elevate experiential as a core growth driver within integrated marketing frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own integrated campaign strategy across priority accounts, elevating experiential into scalable campaign platforms
  • Lead campaign architecture from insight through activation, defining audience segmentation, cultural positioning, channel roles, message architecture, and measurement frameworks
  • Translate business objectives into clear strategic territories and activation roadmaps
  • Develop POV-driven strategic narratives that inspire creative teams and resonate with executive stakeholders
  • Act as strategic lead in client engagements, presenting integrated thinking with clarity and confidence
  • Identify whitespace and growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Lead strategic positioning in new business pursuits and pitch development
  • Drive alignment across Creative, Production, Digital, Strategy, and Client teams from concept through launch
  • Pressure-test ideas early for feasibility, scalability, and operational readiness
  • Develop repeatable frameworks and playbooks that increase strategic rigor and agency velocity
  • Stay ahead of cultural shifts and experiential innovation to elevate internal standards

What Success Looks Like

  • Integrated experiential-led campaign platforms are launched that scale across channels and deliver measurable impact
  • Strategic integration strengthens across priority accounts, with experiential positioned as a core growth driver
  • You play a meaningful role in major new business wins, shaping positioning and campaign narratives
  • A repeatable integrated campaign framework is established and adopted across teams, improving consistency and velocity
  • Strategic influence occurs earlier in the client brief cycle, positioning Invision as a proactive growth partner
  • Clients view you as a senior strategic voice capable of reframing complex challenges into compelling, executable campaign systems
  • Internal teams align early, with clear direction and strong cross-functional collaboration

You'll Thrive If You...

  • Bring 8–10 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand strategy, or experiential-led campaign development
  • Have built scalable campaign platforms for national or global brands
  • Are confident influencing VP and C-suite stakeholders
  • Balance creative ambition with operational feasibility and commercial impact
  • Think systemically and enjoy designing frameworks that outlive individual campaigns
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams with clarity and decisiveness
  • Stay culturally fluent and future-focused, pushing experiential into new territory

At Invision, this role isn’t about checking boxes. It’s about creating momentum - for our clients, our teams, and the agency as a whole.

Additional Details

  • Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand strategy, or experiential-led campaign development. Agency experience required; experiential-first background strongly preferred.
  • Travel: Moderate travel may be required. All business travel is reimbursed in accordance with federal and state guidelines.

Compensation & Benefits

For this role, we offer a base salary range of $160,000 - $185,000. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline, and actual offers may differ to account for internal equity and market conditions.

In addition to base pay, Invision provides a comprehensive package that includes multiple medical, dental, and vision plan options, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan with company match, company-paid life and disability insurance, and profit-sharing opportunities. As an employee-owned company, eligible employees may also have the opportunity to share in Invision’s long-term success through discretionary ESOP allocations. We support work-life balance and wellbeing with generous paid time off, 12 annual company holidays plus a year-end office closure, a milestone recognition program, and a Family Leave Perks Program to support employees and their loved ones during life’s most important moments.
