About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About the team

The Global Brand & Creative team within Marketing is responsible for bringing the Salesforce brand to life across our full portfolio of marketing and creative work. From building global brand and demand generation campaigns to creating experiences like Dreamforce, our multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, strategists, producers, project managers, and creative leaders partners across the organization to deliver impactful, brand-defining work.

The Integrated Campaigns Creative team translates Salesforce’s products, technology, and customer moments into compelling cross-channel creative experiences and stories.

About the role

As Creative Lead, Integrated Campaigns Creative, you will support creative development for Salesforce’s Small and Medium Business (SMB) marketing, serving as a key creative partner to Product Marketing (PMM) and the teams responsible for engaging and growing SMB audiences.

This is a hands-on manager role for a copywriter by craft—an exceptional writer and conceptual thinker with a strong visual sensibility. You will develop a multidisciplinary team of designers and copywriters while staying close to the work: writing, shaping narratives, developing concepts, and partnering with designers to bring integrated ideas to life.

You and your team will translate SMB business priorities, product strategies, and customer needs into compelling creative across campaigns, digital, social, content, and events. You will partner with SMB Marketing, Creative leadership, Creative Operations, and agency partners to prioritize work, maintain a high creative bar, and thoughtfully leverage emerging AI tools to accelerate the creative process.

What you will do
  • Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team of designers and copywriters through coaching, feedback, and creative guidance.

  • Partner closely with SMB Product Marketing and Marketing teams to translate business, product, audience, and customer priorities into compelling creative.

  • Balance people leadership with hands-on writing, concepting, narrative development, and creative problem-solving.

  • Develop integrated ideas alongside designers and copywriters, connecting verbal and visual thinking and bringing a strong visual point of view to the work.

  • Guide creative from brief through execution, maintaining a high bar for concept, writing, visual craft, storytelling, and brand consistency.

  • Support creative across integrated campaigns, demand generation, digital, social, content, product storytelling, events, and experiences.

  • Partner with Creative Operations and Creative leadership to prioritize workload and focus the team on the highest-impact work.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and production partners, providing clear creative direction and feedback.

  • Present creative concepts and recommendations clearly to Creative leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Champion thoughtful use of generative AI to accelerate ideation, experimentation, and execution.

What experience you have
  • BA or BFA in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Art, Journalism, Design, Writing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • 8+ years of experience in copywriting, creative development, art direction, or a related discipline within an agency or in-house creative organization; B2B or technology experience is a plus.

  • 4+ years of experience leading, managing, or developing creative talent, including designers and copywriters.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional writing, conceptual thinking, storytelling, and visual sensibility across integrated campaigns and channels.

  • Deep hands-on copywriting experience developing campaign concepts, headlines, messaging, scripts, narratives, and product stories.

  • A strong visual point of view and understanding of design fundamentals, with the ability to partner with designers and provide actionable feedback that strengthens the work.

  • Experience translating complex product and business strategies into clear, audience-relevant creative across campaigns, digital, content, social, video, and experiences.

  • Strong partnership, presentation, communication, and prioritization skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.

  • Familiarity with generative AI and emerging creative technologies and how they can thoughtfully support the creative process.

Why you are excited about this role
  • You enjoy developing creative talent while staying close to the work.

  • You love writing and also think visually, and believe the strongest ideas connect copy and design.

  • You enjoy simplifying complex product stories and making them meaningful and accessible to small and medium businesses.

  • You are energized by integrated creative work and experimenting with new tools and ways of working.

Why we are excited about you
  • You are a strong creative manager and hands-on practitioner who can develop people while contributing directly to the work.

  • You are an excellent writer and conceptual thinker with strong visual judgment.

  • You can turn complex product narratives into clear, distinctive, human creative that resonates with SMB audiences.

  • You give clear, actionable feedback and are equally comfortable writing, editing, concepting, or helping solve a creative problem.

  • You build trusted relationships across Product Marketing, Creative, and agency partners while maintaining a high bar for creative quality.
