About the Role

At Cyberhaven, we are building Data Security for the Agentic Enterprise protecting organizations as work shifts from people alone to a mix of humans and AI agents. To help lead that shift, we seek AI-native thinkers who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work.

Cyberhaven is seeking a Marketing Operations leader to build and scale an AI-enabled revenue engine that powers our go-to-market motion, and to lead Marketing's AI maturity and innovation agenda more broadly. Reporting to our VP of Growth Marketing, this role owns the operational foundation and underlying models that make our full-funnel motion measurable and targeted, at a moment when our GTM motion is actively maturing across integrated campaigns, signal-based targeting, and a growing digital/growth capability.

You'll also lead analytics and reporting, building the infrastructure to track KPIs, inform decision-making, and align cross-functional stakeholders. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in the details and knows how to connect data, process, and strategy to accelerate growth.

What You'll Do

Strategy & AI Maturity
  • Partner with marketing leadership to define operational priorities that align with broader GTM and business goals.

  • Own Marketing's AI maturity roadmap — identifying where AI can improve targeting, personalization, and efficiency across the funnel, and establishing the governance and guardrails (data usage, quality control, human-in-the-loop checkpoints) that let it scale responsibly across teams.

Systems & Infrastructure
  • Own and evolve the marketing technology stack — automation platform, CRM integrations, lead tracking, routing, attribution, and data hygiene, including AI-enabled workflows where they add real efficiency — building foundational systems where they don't yet exist.

  • Own the vision and evolution of Cyberhaven's marketing platform ecosystem, ensuring tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Demandbase, and Clay operate as one integrated system rather than disconnected point solutions.

  • Drive testing and optimization of scoring, segmentation, routing, and workflow logic, translating results into recommendations that improve performance.

Reporting & Measurement
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for campaign performance, funnel health, and pipeline impact across the full-funnel motion, helping identify business risks and investment opportunities.

Cross-Functional & Business Operations
  • Align closely with Sales and Revenue Operations on lead flow, SLAs, reporting, and shared annual and quarterly targets.

  • Manage agencies and external partners as an extension of the team, with clear ownership, prioritization, and accountability to contracted agreements.

  • Manage the marketing operations budget and technology renewals, including reconciliation and forecasting with Finance, aligning resources with strategic goals.

Who You Are
  • 8+ years in Marketing Operations with progressive responsibility, including people management.

  • Experience building infrastructure in an early-stage or rapidly evolving environment.

  • Demonstrated experience leading AI adoption within a marketing or RevOps org, with a clear point of view on where AI meaningfully helps, and where it shouldn't be applied.

  • Demonstrated experience designing attribution models and account-based strategies, not just reporting on them; hands-on experience with Demandbase preferred

  • Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and design scalable systems from the ground up.

  • Highly organized with strong project management skills, able to drive complex projects from idea to execution.

  • High learning agility and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
