Who Are We?

RZR is an AI-native advertising platform built for the next era of performance marketing. We operate at the intersection of machine learning, programmatic media, and full-funnel mobile growth, powering campaigns for some of the world's most ambitious advertisers. Our platform is purpose-built to deliver outcomes at scale, not just impressions.

We are a team of builders, operators, and technologists who believe the advertising industry is overdue for a fundamental rethink. We move fast, operate with a high degree of ownership, and hold ourselves to an exceptionally high standard of craft.

RZR is scaling aggressively with an active M&A pipeline and a platform vision that puts us on a path to becoming an industry leader. This is a rare opportunity to join a company at an inflection point and help shape what it becomes.

Role Overview

RZR is a mobile DSP with four product lines — UA, retargeting, CTV, and RZR Computer, our creative intelligence platform. As Director of Marketing, you will own product marketing and technical content across all four: positioning and messaging architecture, launch GTM, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and the content that carries it — one-pagers, decks, case studies, research.

You will partner daily with product, sales, and the CMO, and you will produce the work yourself. This is a hands-on seat, not a delegation layer. We are looking for someone from mobile adtech or programmatic who can read a bidding or attribution doc without a translator and has shipped launches with measurable pipeline impact.

This role starts as an IC with a clear path to managing the content and design pod as the function scales.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Marketing
  • Own positioning and messaging architecture for all four product lines, segmented by buyer type — performance UA teams, agencies, and brand/CTV buyers
  • Run launch GTM end to end for key product releases: launch narrative, enablement package, multi-channel campaign, and demo-generation targets
  • Build and maintain the competitive intelligence program: battlecards, objection handling, win/loss inputs, and category monitoring across DSPs and creative optimization vendors
Technical Content Production
  • Personally produce the technical content engine: one-pagers, decks, case studies, research reports, and blog content grounded in real platform mechanics — bidding, attribution, incrementality, creative optimization, CTV measurement
  • Distill roadmap-stage product material into client-facing assets that pass executive and sales review the first time, with every claim sourced and ready to ship
  • Run AI-assisted production workflows with a defined quality gate — nothing ships as raw model output
Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Serve as marketing's primary partner to product: translate the roadmap into market-facing narrative and flag substantiation gaps before launch, not after
  • Equip sales with product-specific collateral and proof systems — case studies, vertical examples, competitive coverage — and hold a measurable sales satisfaction bar on marketing support
  • Get executive input from the CEO, CRO, and product early so gaps surface before final review instead of during it
Required Skills and ExperienceMust-Have
  • 8+ years in B2B marketing, with 4+ in mobile adtech, programmatic, or the MMP ecosystem — fluent in DSP economics, RTB, attribution, SKAN and privacy shifts, and creative optimization without needing a translator
  • Product marketing depth: has built or led a PMM function, owned messaging architecture segmented by buyer type, and run competitive intelligence programs including battlecards, objection handling, and category monitoring
  • Launch track record with numbers attached — can point to specific launches they ran and the pipeline, KPI, or adoption outcomes that followed
  • Hands-on producer who personally writes and builds one-pagers, decks, case studies, and research; portfolio will be tested with a work sample
  • Uses AI to scale production and competitive intel while holding a client-ready quality bar
Nice-to-Have
  • Time at a DSP, SSP, MMP, or creative optimization vendor (Yieldmo, Liftoff, Moloco, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, Smadex, or similar)
  • Published commentary or contributor presence in trade press — AdExchanger, Digiday, eMarketer, Mobile Dev Memo
  • Gaming or app-economy vertical knowledge
Why Join RZR?
  • Full PMM ownership across a four-product portfolio, reporting directly to the CMO — UA, retargeting, CTV, and RZR Computer are all yours to position, launch, and build competitive coverage for. This is not a one-product seat.
  • RZR Computer is a new creative intelligence product with an open GTM lane — the category story is unwritten and this role writes it. There is no incumbent narrative to inherit or defend.
  • A senior, specialized team already in place to amplify your work — a marketing engineer, a dedicated designer, and regional event leads who execute what you produce instead of leaving it stuck in a queue.
  • Your content and launches ship through the CEO and CRO — impact is measured, not assumed, with clear pipeline and demo-generation targets tied directly to your output.
  • Path to leading the content and design pod — as the marketing function scales, this seat grows into a management role within 6 to 12 months.
