Primary Location Pay Range: $181,623.63 - $272,435.45

Targeted Commission: $98,193.04
Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Directing digital advertising sales strategies and programs to attract new accounts and enhance current customer sales, meeting financial objectives
- Managing the sales team, fostering talent development, and setting clear performance goals in line with organizational strategies
- Executing consultative, client-centric sales approaches, effectively communicating value propositions tailored to customer scenarios
- Identifying growth opportunities and key upsell potential for additional company technologies and services aligned with client goals
- Leading client retention efforts, securing renewals, and expanding relationships through strategic engagement and satisfaction management
- Deepening understanding of client business models, objectives, and KPIs to align sales initiatives with client technical and organizational frameworks
- Serving as the primary contact for customer revenue and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with client and company business objectives
