The Resident Care Director (RCD) serves as the clinical leader for the community, overseeing health and wellness services while ensuring high-quality, compliant, resident-centered care. This role leads the nursing team, manages care programs and drives clinical excellence across the community. What You’ll Do: • Lead and manage resident health, wellness and care coordination • Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monitor outcomes • Oversee medication management and ensure safe clinical practices • Collaborate with physicians, pharmacy and care partners • Drive Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives • Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial and nursing regulations • Serve as CLIA and Infection Control leader as applicable • Recruit, hire, train and performance manage clinical team members • Manage staffing, scheduling and department budget • Partner with Sales to assess move-in appropriateness Resident Care Director (RN/LPN) – Lead Clinical Excellence and Elevate Resident Care Resident Care Director | Director of Nursing | RN | LPN | Senior Living | Clinical Leadership | Nursing Management
Pay Range:81,640.00 - 108,992.00
