The Role

Step into a pivotal leadership role where your vision and expertise will shape the future of Deckers Brands’ global order management ecosystem. As Director, OM Capabilities, you’ll champion a multi-year transformation program that reimagines how we deliver for our customers, partners, and teams across eCommerce, Retail, Wholesale, and Distributor channels. You’ll be the architect of strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence, digital innovation, and measurable business impact—empowering Deckers to set new standards in efficiency, agility, and brand reputation. Your Impact

  • Lead the Future OM Capabilities program, driving a global transformation roadmap that elevates our business and customer experience
  • Define, prioritize, and deliver business capabilities in partnership with stakeholders across regions and functions
  • Develop outcome-based business cases and use cases that guide solution delivery and maximize value
  • Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews and intake forums to align priorities, communicate progress, and engage senior leadership
  • Inspire and direct a team of project managers, business analysts, and program managers to deliver on commitments and exceed expectations
  • Measure and report on value realization, ensuring benefits are achieved, sustained, and celebrated
  • Collaborate with Data, Architecture, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into innovative technical solutions
  • Manage program delivery, scope, and risks while maintaining alignment to strategic objectives and company values
  • Establish and track KPIs and OKRs to drive accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
  • Present complex strategies and progress updates in clear, compelling, and data-driven formats that inspire action
  • Strengthen our operating model by championing best practices and demonstrating leadership through example

Who You Are

  • Visionary leader with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Order Management, wholesale, or DTC functions within branded manufacturing of consumer goods
  • 7+ years of experience leading program/project/product delivery with direct people management
  • Deep expertise in business capability modeling, business architecture, and global order management processes
  • Proficient in Distributed Order Management (DOM), B2B, B2C, CRM, Pricing, and Promotions
  • Data-driven decision-maker with a relentless focus on value and measurable outcomes
  • Exceptional communicator and executive presenter, able to simplify complexity and inspire diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to motivate, coach, and manage teams to achieve ambitious goals
  • Adept at defining KPIs, leveraging OKRs, and driving business outcomes
  • Collaborative, relationship-focused, and resilient—thriving in ambiguity and driving results
  • Strategic, outcome-oriented, and passionate about continuous improvement and innovation

$185,000 - $195,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your preferred location during the hiring process.
