• Establish and track KPIs across Q2C, sales operations, and GTM systems, identifying trends and addressing operational bottlenecks
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and IT to ensure smooth data flow and aligned processes

Required Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, a technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in SaaS operations, revenue operations, or business operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience managing and scaling a Revenue Operations or Sales Operations team in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong technical background with Salesforce administration and development, NetSuite, and GTM systems integrations

• Advanced experience with Excel or Google Sheets, Salesforce reporting, and BI/dashboarding tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence across departments

Preferred Experience
• Experience at an enterprise SaaS company in the $50M–$100M ARR range
• Prior ownership of Salesforce CPQ or custom quoting solutions
• Exposure to finance and accounting processes including revenue recognition, billing, and compliance
