Fluke Health Solutions (FHS) is seeking a Director of Product to lead and scale a high-performing product organization responsible for both defining the future of our portfolio growth investments and delivering strong in-market performance today.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle of hardware and software products in the healthcare equipment quality assurance market. You will lead a team of Product Managers and Product Planners to ensure clear decisions on what to build, when to build it, and how to win in-market.
You will operate at both the strategic and business operations level, balancing long-term growth strategy with near-term results and influencing key stakeholders across the organization. Success in this role requires the ability to drive transformation, scale teams and processes, and consistently deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Portfolio Leadership & Business Performance
- Own the end-to-end performance of the product portfolio, including revenue, margin, growth, and competitive positioning
- Drive strategic alignment between maximizing new product introductions and sustaining investments across product lines.
- Establish accountability for delivering business outcomes across the organization
- Ensure data-driven and financially grounded roadmap decisions through innovation funnel stage gate processes
Product Strategy & Innovation Oversight
- Lead front-end innovation and product planning, ensuring focus on high-impact opportunities
- Drive use of market insights, Voice of Customer, and competitive intelligence in decisions
- Oversee product strategies, business cases, and portfolio roadmaps
- Drive enterprise-level prioritization and tradeoff decisions
Portfolio Execution & Lifecycle Management
- Ensure successful execution of price changes, launching new products, and end-of-life transitions
- Ensure timely investment required to sustain mature product lines
- Ensure responsiveness to market and competitive dynamics
Team Leadership & Organizational Development
- Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers and Product Planners
- Evolve product organization structure to support scale and growth for hardware and software products
- Establish clear expectations, metrics, and development pathways for your team
- Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Cross-Functional Leadership & Operating Cadence
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Quality to achieve business outcomes
- Drive consistent operating cadence across teams including portfolio management and operations reviews
- Align priorities, tradeoffs, and execution plans
- Represent product leadership in executive forums
Qualifications Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of product management or portfolio leadership experience
- Proven track record of delivering results through a team in a matrix org structure
- Experience across strategy, product development, and business operations processes
- Ability to influence senior and executive stakeholders
- Growth mindset and adaptability
Preferred
- MBA or equivalent strategic leadership experience
- Experience in biomedical, healthcare, or technical product markets
- Experience with continuous improvement tools and methodologies
