The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team provides a wide range of loyalty, personalization, marketing services and media programs. These solutions enable issuers to acquire, activate, and engage cardholders driving overall card usage, retention and brand preference. We are seeking a Director of Commercialization to support the commercialization and go-to-market efforts of key CA&E products and platforms in North America, including Mastercard Commerce Media, Marketing Services, Loyalty and Personalization.
This role leads high impact sales engagement and enablement across NAM CA&E solutions, directly supporting pipeline growth and revenue acceleration. It serves as a strategic link between Sales Segment Leads, Services Business Leads, Account Managers, and Product - aligning priorities, translating product capabilities, and enabling teams to consistently deliver customer centric value propositions.
The role partners closely with Sales Segment Leads to drive continuous learning, adoption, and effective deployment of CA&E solutions, providing the tools, content, and client facing support needed to advance opportunities through the pipeline. This includes supporting client meetings, workshops, and executive level engagements to strengthen deal progression and conversion.
The individual leads the strategic positioning and commercialization of CA&E in enterprise RFPs and large client opportunities across various segments, orchestrating cross functional stakeholders to deliver cohesive, value driven narratives and customer level commercial models - including P4P and channel partner solutions. They develop bundled and synergistic offerings for priority customer segments, leveraging existing products to support 1:1, OCI/MIF, and other complex commercial opportunities.
In partnership with Global teams, the role creates and localizes content that translates global narratives into market and client relevant materials, directly enabling Sales to drive pipeline creation and expansion. Through strong stakeholder leadership and scalable processes, the role improves alignment, execution, and effectiveness across teams.
