Responsibilities

Audience Obsession & Customer Insight

  • Develop and shape innovative, audience-first stories that turn complex technology, research, and product capabilities into memorable narratives that inspire action.
  • Create differentiated points of view and content franchises that break through crowded content streams, demonstrate strong editorial judgment, and deliver distinctive value to target audiences.
  • Connect customer pain points and business priorities to product capabilities through deeply researched, actionable narratives, frameworks, and guides that accelerate adoption.

Content Strategy & Editorial Excellence

Ownership & Outcome Orientation

  • Own impact, not just deliverables and connect investments, programs, and experiences to measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • Use data, customer signals, and performance metrics to prioritize opportunities, guide decisions, and improve impact.
  • Operate as a hands-on leader who can move seamlessly from setting strategy to shaping narratives, editing content, and driving high-quality execution.

Team Leadership & Quality Management

  • Build, coach, and lead a high-performing team grounded in customer obsession, strategic rigor, attention to detail, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay close to the work actively shaping narratives, reviewing content, and providing precise, actionable feedback as both coach and editor to raise the quality bar.
