About Us

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.

  • We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.

  • We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.

  • We grow together: as a team and with our customers.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.

If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.

The Role

We are hiring a Director, Product Marketing to own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for a critical area of the Legora platform. Depending on background and business need, this role will anchor on one of several focus areas spanning core product, solutions, or platform capabilities. Regardless of the specific remit, the mandate is the same: translate what we build into a narrative the market understands and buyers act on.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who has spent a decade or more doing product marketing in high-growth enterprise SaaS or AI environments. They have led teams, shaped go-to-market strategy at the senior leadership level, and know how to build the marketing function around a product area, not just run launches. They are exceptional storytellers, strategists, and superb operators who can turn complex, technical capabilities into clear commercial advantage.

The role reports to the VP of Product Marketing, with scope to build and manage a small team.

What You'll Do

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a small team of product marketing professionals as the function scales

  • Define and own product positioning, messaging, and narrative strategy for your team and area of the platform

  • Lead go-to-market strategy end-to-end. From market insight and narrative development through operational execution and performance measurement.

  • Develop deep expertise in your area, the buyers it serves, and the competitive landscape surrounding it

  • Drive thought leadership and category-shaping content, including executive-level materials and external speaking opportunities

  • Build enablement assets and frameworks that equip field teams to tell a consistent, compelling story

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to GTM on high-value opportunities, bringing product and market context into deal cycles

  • Align cross-functionally on roadmap priorities, launches, and market feedback

  • Establish KPIs and reporting for your area's marketing impact, ensuring clear line-of-sight from activity to revenue

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in product marketing, with deep experience owning product or solutions GTM at scale in enterprise SaaS or AI

  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing marketing professionals

  • Deep experience marketing AI, data, or platform products, ideally to enterprise or professional services buyers

  • A demonstrated ability to take complex, technical product capabilities and turn them into positioning that resonates with both technical evaluators and executive buyers

  • Track record of building go-to-market motions that measurably grow pipeline and accelerate revenue—not just produce assets

  • Exceptional writing and storytelling. You should be able to point to something you've written and defend every word

  • Strategic operator who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and can set direction for others—not just execute

  • Experience influencing at the executive level and working cross-functionally across Product, Sales, and Engineering

  • Based in New York City
