What this job involves - Reporting directly to the Account Executive, the Director, Program Management Office (PMO) Lead is a critical leadership role responsible for the account's PMO function and the management, evolution, and continuous improvement of nine key workstreams. This position oversees the implementation and delivery of the following core PMO workstreams: Change Management, Communications, Governance, Performance Management, Business Intelligence, Training, Technology, and Transition. The Director will lead the PMO to success by driving standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement across all workstreams, including the implementation of the JLL/Life Sciences platform policies, procedures, and account programs. A core emphasis of this role is securing trusted advisor status with the client and internal teams, enhancing the overall client experience through PMO activity, and fostering a positive, transformative partnership.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Program Leadership & Management
Lead the PMO function, providing a single vision and the appropriate mix of empowerment and direction to cultivate a culture of trust, excellence, and teamwork.
Oversee the alignment and successful delivery of requirements across the nine critical workstreams.
Drive standardization and implementation of best practice methodologies to optimize PMO delivery and value.
Develop and regularly articulate the PMO's strategic plan, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and alignment with the account's vision.
Client Partnership & Communication
Establish and maintain strong, effective relationships with the client (operating in a "two-in-a-box" model) and internal JLL teams to ensure program success.
Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing exceptional knowledge of client business units and programs.
Ensure clear, concise, and timely communication to all key stakeholders, driving decisions, managing expectations, and championing the program's value proposition.
Continuous Improvement & Change Management
Proactively adjust the PMO program to reflect new requirements and secure team support for necessary changes (Change Leader).
Develop and implement change management programs for communications to the large audience of associates affected by program implementation and transformation activities.
Facilitate integration across teams with different objectives and perspectives to achieve the central account vision.
Manage program risks, identifying issues and potential impacts early, and developing corresponding mitigation plans.
Resource & Organization
Execute effective resource management, including matrix management with other platform teams (e.g., BI/Performance Management/Training).
Enable a world-class delivery model through positive and collaborative partnership across all involved parties.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in Program/Project Management Office (PMO) leadership, focusing on driving strategic change and continuous improvement.
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex organizational workstreams such as Change Management, Governance, Performance Management, and Technology implementation.
Exceptional ability to build rapport and serve as a trusted advisor to senior-level clients and internal executive teams.
Proven track record of developing and articulating PMO strategic plans and driving cross-functional integration across diverse teams.
Expertise in formal change management methodologies, strategic communications, and developing training programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Deep experience within the pharmaceutical (Pharma) or Life Sciences industry is highly desirable.
Prosci Certification in Change Management.
PMP or equivalent program/project management certification (e.g., PgMP).
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Estimated compensation for this position:
143,000.00 – 190,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
