eBay’s Office of AI Transformation helps the company move from AI experimentation to measurable impact. We partner across the business to redesign high-value workflows, increase AI fluency, make progress visible, and scale what works.

As Program Manager for the Office of AI Transformation, you will report into and partner with the VP, AI Transformation to design and lead the day-to-day operations and rhythms of the office.  You will create the rhythms, portfolio visibility, decision pathways, and AI-enabled ways of working that help align leaders, accelerate priorities, and scale impact across eBay.

This is not a traditional PMO role. We are looking for someone who can design how a transformation office should run in an AI-first world — automated where possible, in person where impactful. You will create clarity without heavy governance, connect teams across levels and functions, and turn insights and company-wide internal priorities into coordinated action.

What you will accomplish:

  • Lead the operating model for the Office of AI Transformation, including cadences, forums, decision paths, and core operating artifacts that connect strategy to execution.

  • Operationalize OAIT-sponsored programs from concept through launch and ongoing execution, including planning, partner alignment, communications, launch readiness, and adoption follow-through.

  • Build and run mechanisms that scale what works across the company, including best-practice sharing, reusable playbooks, showcase forums, office hours, newsletters, training programs, and other channels that make wins visible and repeatable.

  • Lead the office’s day-to-day operating rhythm, including planning cadences, pillar reviews, leadership updates, working sessions, follow-ups, and action tracking.

  • Maintain the single source of truth for priorities, dependencies, risks, decisions, and outcomes across the office’s pillars and functional efforts.

  • Drive integrated planning and sequencing across workstreams, helping leaders make clear tradeoffs on where to start, stop, or scale work.

  • Automate recurring operational work where it adds new value, including status collection, meeting preparation, automated summaries, and bringing together teams.

  • Lead the office’s internal and leadership reporting rhythm, including communications,, meeting leadership, showcase / collaboration forums, and AI-assisted outputs that keep leaders current without adding reporting overhead.

  • Partner with leaders, functional teams, pillar leads, and carefully coordinated partners throughout the organization to connect work, resolve blockers, and surface scaling opportunities.

  • Operates as a cross-functional intervention layer, triaging blockers, routing issues, and convening targeted workshops or working sessions when live collaboration will accelerate progress.

  • Create AI-first tools, templates, playbooks, and operating frameworks that improve visibility, execution quality, and reuse across OAIT.

  • Continuously improve how the office operates by testing and scaling practical AI-first ways of working.

What you will bring

  • 8+ years proven experience in program management, strategy and operations, transformation, product operations, or a related cross-functional role in a complex organization.

  • Proven track record to operate at portfolio or office-wide scope, driving complex cross-functional work with minimal oversight and without relying on formal authority.

  • Proven experience partnering with teams to operationalize office- or enterprise-sponsored programs from concept through scaled execution.

  • Strong passion for AI and a clear point of view on how AI can reshape the way work gets done.

  • Excellent partner management skills and capacity to build trust across senior leaders, partner teams, and individual contributors.

  • Strong synthesis and communication skills, with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans, narratives, recommendations, and next steps.

  • Experience leading integrated planning, executive reporting, and cross-functional operating cadences across multiple workstreams.

  • High ownership, bias for action, and comfort operating in ambiguity.

  • Strong facilitation skills and executive presence, capable of influencing decisions across different levels of the organization.
