Role Overview


The Director of Provider Marketing is the executive owner of professional supply growth across the marketplace. This role leads the strategy and execution for recruiting, activating, retaining, and growing the lifetime value of dental professionals, including hygienists, assistants, and dentists.


You will build a professional-first growth engine that blends performance marketing, content, SEO, lifecycle, partnerships, and brand to ensure consistent, high-quality supply across all active and expansion markets.


This role is ideal for a growth leader who understands two-sided marketplaces, excels at scaled acquisition, and can translate behavioral insights into sustained engagement and retention.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Own end-to-end professional supply growth, from acquisition through long-term retention and LTV
  • Lead recruitment marketing across SEO, paid acquisition, content, partnerships, and organic social
  • Build and optimize lifecycle programs that drive activation, repeat engagement, and shift frequency
  • Develop segmentation strategies by profession, geography, tenure, and behavioral signals
  • Partner with Product, Ops, and Support to improve onboarding, in-app engagement, and retention loops
  • Scale a professional-first brand narrative that reinforces trust, empowerment, and career mobility
  • Use data to identify supply gaps, geographic mismatches, and diminishing returns across channels
  • Own professional-side KPIs including CAC, activation rate, retention, utilization, and LTV
  • Lead experimentation around new acquisition channels, referral programs, and incentive structures


Key Competencies:


  • 7-10+ years in B2C growth, healthcare marketing, recruitment marketing, or marketplace supply growth
  • Proven experience scaling acquisition and engagement at high volume
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and retention mechanics
  • Experience in marketplaces, healthcare, or regulated industries preferred
  • Data-driven, operator-minded, and comfortable owning ambiguous growth problems
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with Product, Ops, and Analytics
