  • Build and scale the QMS, including Control Plans, Work Instructions, and CAPA governance, across ASIC, card, server, rack, and cluster-level products

  • Design and run RMA, reverse logistics, and failure analysis processes with closed-loop feedback into design and manufacturing

  • Drive reliability programs (qualification, RDT, MTBF, ORT) and fault-tolerant design that meets AI datacenter availability requirements

  • Establish supplier and manufacturing quality programs across partners, including audits, process controls, and NPI build readiness

  • Define quality KPIs and dashboards (yield, DPPM, RMA rate, MTBF, CAPA closure) and report independently to executive leadership

  • Serve as the quality voice in product release and shipment readiness, customer audits, and escalations; build, hire, and develop the quality organization for volume shipments and Rack Scale solutions

What you will bring:

  • Command of reliability fundamentals (MTBF, acceleration models, RDT/ORT, system-, rack-, and cluster-level availability) and quality tools (8D, 5-Why, FMEA, SPC, DOE)

  • ISO 9001 lead auditor experience or equivalent; ASQ CQE/CRE and PLM (Arena or Agile) familiarity preferred
