The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of nutrition and dietary management. Oversees meal preparation and service in adherence to dietary guidelines and regulations.
Requirements:
- Current certification as a dietary manager (CDM).
- At least three years of experience in dietary in a skilled nursing facility.
- Knowledge of nutrition, dietary guidelines, and food service regulations.
- Leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
