Imagine having the power to stress-test an entire power grid against a hurricane or thunderstorm before the clouds even gather. That is the reality we are creating at Neara.

We use advanced machine learning to create engineering-grade, physics enabled digital twins of electricity grids across four continents, this helps asset owners understand their biggest challenges and bring the most viable solutions to life across millions of kilometres of infrastructure.

By simulating extreme weather and structural stress at a network-wide scale, we empower the world’s largest utilities to pinpoint risks, optimise investments and build a more resilient global energy future.

Our team is a collection of brilliant minds who are fanatical about making a tangible difference in the real world, utilising AI and machine learning to accelerate everything from data classification to complex scenario analysis. We have built a special culture where innovation thrives because everyone owns the mission and we need smart, creative people to help us scale this impact to every corner of the globe.

The Role

Neara is looking for an AI-native Global Revenue Operations leader to own strategy and execution across our global GTM operating system. You will connect account planning, regional pod operating rhythms, upstream campaigns, incentives, pricing and contracting, AI-enabled technology and execution into one coherent system that removes friction between the global GTM team and revenue goals.

This is a hands-on builder-operator role where you will own the processes, systems, and analytics that leadership depends on to understand what is working and what is not, and what must be done next. As such, you will not wait for leadership to ask for a report or reconcile conflicting data, and instead you will proactively surface insights and their implications and recommend what should happen next.

About You

  • You have exceptional strategic judgment and can actively and independently drive new initiatives and improvements to existing ones without extensive hand-holding or constant direction from leadership

  • You independently identify and communicate what leadership needs to know, what should happen next, and drive it through implementation

  • You have a strong track record of thinking creatively to measure the impact of initiatives that are traditionally difficult to measure

  • You understand that a thoughtful, technically correct process is useless without an equally thoughtful plan to ensure adoption

  • You challenge cookie-cutter premises by default and consistently seek improved ways to solve uniquely thorny enterprise challenges

  • You are equally comfortable in executive-level synthesis as you are in the nitty-gritty details required to make data trustworthy

  • You would never furnish analytics or reporting that you couldn’t thoroughly explain yourself

  • You bring energy and passion to solving complex GTM problems and building scalable systems before the business requires them

What You Will Do

  • Own a cohesive, multi-layered GTM measurement strategy from revenue recognized all the way upstream through account health-level and campaign-level performance and activity signals that influence each layer

  • Be a steward of the metrics-forward culture globally and help teams understand how to read GTM metrics, building shared understanding of how activity across sales and marketing contributes to commercial outcomes

  • Produce actionable reporting at the appropriate altitude for leadership, global GTM team reviews, regional teams, and individual pod operating cadences

  • Build and manage standardized account planning processes that hold all key stakeholders accountable to annual, quarterly, and monthly goals

  • Partner with Sales leadership to implement commission plans and incentive programs aligned with revenue and strategic priorities

  • Partner with regional pod stakeholders, including sales and marketing to set and track quarterly goals

  • Lead core operating cadences, including regional pipeline calls, GTM scorecard reviews, account plan reviews, etc

  • Own territory planning, commission plan strategy and execution

  • Evaluate and optimize GTM tech stack (currently Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Gong)

  • Own the full stack of GTM AI capabilities such as content generation, account intelligence, and trend identification, implementing impactful and accessible processes and assuming full ownership of adoption and outcomes

Who You Are

  • You have five or more years of experience in a highly visible Revenue Operations role in a high-growth global company with a complex enterprise GTM motion

  • You have a successful track record of designing AI workflows that others have successfully adopted and that demonstrably drive outcomes

  • You have lived and breathed change management processes and know how to establish accountability without creating unnecessary red tape

  • You anticipate what leadership needs before you’re asked and come prepared with the answer, the implication, and a next best action

  • You have been a central part of a company’s hypergrowth period and understand how processes need to evolve in tandem

  • You have deep experience with CRM architecture, pipeline forecasting and reporting, and GTM performance management

  • Your default setting is being on the tools and driving things from the ground up, execution is in your DNA, not just ideas
