Kira Learning is on a mission to make rigorous, engaging computer science and AI education accessible to every student. We're a fast-growing edtech company at an exciting inflection point, scaling our go-to-market motion and building the operational foundation that will take us to the next level. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-impact team and carry out mission-driven work to help bring high-quality AI education to students in the US and Internationally.

We're looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to be the operational backbone of our go-to-market engine at a pivotal moment: we're scaling fast and this role will have a direct impact on how we grow. This is a founding RevOps role, which means you'll have the opportunity to build the systems, processes, and infrastructure that power our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions. You'll have real ownership and the opportunity to shape our RevOps from the ground up.

This role is equal parts strategic and hands-on. You're a builder who isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves, and a leader who can think architecturally about how all the pieces fit together. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing Ops, and CS leadership, and be instrumental in enabling our growing team to operate efficiently and scale effectively. We are a collaborative, high-performing team that moves quickly and values clarity, accountability, and impact. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, love owning things end-to-end, and get excited about turning operational complexity into clarity, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

CRM & Data Ownership

  • Own HubSpot end-to-end: data integrity, pipelines, workflows, automations, reporting, and integrations

  • Own user management, permissions, and access across the full tech stack

  • Serve as the primary liaison with vendors and CSMs across our tool ecosystem

Systems, Integrations & Tech Stack

  • Own the configuration and optimization of all Sales and CS tools (Gong, Starbridge, etc.), ensuring interoperability with Claude and AI-powered workflows

  • Evaluate, onboard, and enable the team on new tools to ensure reps are in execution mode from day one

Revenue Intelligence & Reporting

  • Build reports, dashboards, and forecasting frameworks providing leadership with clear, actionable visibility into pipeline and performance

  • Partner with Marketing Ops on funnel analytics and CS on customer health scoring, expansion and churn analysis

Lead Flow & Process Design

  • Own the end-to-end lead flow: capture, routing, scoring, and handoff between Marketing, Sales, and CS

  • Design, document and scale revenue processes and ecosystem architecture as the team grows

  • Identify and close operational gaps in the revenue process before they become problems

Strategic Initiatives

  • Lead the discovery, evaluation, and potential migration to a more robust CRM platform (e.g. Salesforce) as the business scales

  • Partner with leadership on enablement strategy, rep onboarding, and cross-functional GTM planning

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related function

  • Experience at a high-growth startup, ideally at the Series A or B stage — you know what it means to build in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment

  • Deep HubSpot expertise (admin-level); experience with tools like Gong, Outreach, or similar sales engagement and intelligence platforms

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort building reports, dashboards, and forecasting models

  • A systems thinker who can see how the pieces connect and proactively design for scale

  • Equally comfortable setting strategy and executing hands-on, this is a player-coach role

  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in edtech or K-12 a plus, but not required

What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation and equity

  • Medical, dental, vision and life insurance, including a medical insurance plan with 100% coverage of employee premiums

  • Flexible PTO policy and company holidays

  • DoorDash credit for lunch daily

  • Wellhub Membership: 100% company-paid access to premium gym networks (Orangetheory, SoulCycle), 60+ wellness apps (Headspace, MyFitnessPal, Apple Fitness+), and 1:1 coaching sessions spanning fitness, mental health, nutrition, and sleep

  • Dog friendly office 🐶
