Design, build, and deliver sales enablement programs for AIStor and related products: live and recorded training, demos, playbooks, battlecards, kickoff coordination, call reviews, adoption of sales tools/CRM, skills-gap analysis, and rep effectiveness metrics in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps.
The summary above was generated by AI

MinIO is the data and memory foundation for enterprise AI. Built for the speed, scale, and economics that AI and analytics demand, AIStor and MemKV unify every layer of the data stack, from agentic and inference context memory to tables and objects across core, edge, and cloud. Trusted by 77% of the Fortune 100, MinIO is redefining how AI factories, intelligent applications, and autonomous agents secure, persist, and unlock the full value of their data.

This role will design, develop, and deliver innovative sales enablement programs that accelerate MinIO's growth. It partners with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to align strategy, content, and tools, while remaining hands-on: a builder role, not a pure people/program manager. This person originates training content, delivers it live, and stays close to the field.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and deliver sales training covering product knowledge, competitive positioning, objection handling, and technical demos for AIStor
  • Record training for on-demand access by the global sales team and partners
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to deliver the right resources at the right time across the sales lifecycle
  • Coordinate the annual sales kickoff — agenda, speakers, content
  • Review recorded sales calls to identify best practices and improvement areas
  • Drive adoption of sales tools, CRM processes, and best practices
  • Review, optimize, and provide feedback on playbooks, battlecards, and pitch decks maintained by Marketing/Product
  • Develop sales-motion-specific content that Marketing wouldn't naturally produce: discovery-question frameworks, objection-handling scripts, deal/role-play scenarios, and demo scripts tied to real sales situations
  • Conduct skills-gap analyses with sales leadership; propose improvement strategies
  • Establish success metrics and track rep effectiveness to inform coaching and priorities

Your Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years in a direct-selling, quota-carrying role with demonstrable success
  • 3+ years hands-on sales enablement experience with a demonstrated track record of building innovative programs
  • Deep, specific domain expertise in AI data and analytics, software-defined storage, and cloud infrastructure
  • Completion of a formal sales methodology program (Challenger, MEDDIC, Value Selling, or similar)
  • Experience with software-defined technologies, open source, and developer-focused products
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including live delivery to technical audiences
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, LMS platforms, and content-creation tools
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration track record

What We Offer:

  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • 401K with 3% Match
  • Pre-IPO Stock Options
  • At least 12 Public Holidays
  • Flexible Time Off

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Khosla Ventures, Kleiner Perkins
