Job Description:

About Uniphore

Uniphore is the Business AI company. Our sovereign, composable, and secure AI platform connects enterprise data, fine-tunes AI models, and deploys agentic AI across the enterprise. We help every worker be more productive and help businesses grow faster, operate smarter, and reduce costs. Trusted by more than 2,000 businesses globally and recognized on the Deloitte Fast 500, Uniphore delivers on the promise of AI as a transformative force for business.

The Opportunity

Marketing is moving beyond the CDP, and you'll lead the charge.

Uniphore Marketing AI is the AI operating model for the modern enterprise. It builds a digital twin of every customer, simulates campaign outcomes before budget is committed, and learns from every result to power autonomous execution across channels. It runs on Uniphore's sovereign Business AI Cloud, so enterprises keep control of their data and models.

This is a newly created, high-visibility sales role and one of the first dedicated Marketing AI sellers at Uniphore. You will own a direct territory while also serving as an overlay to the core sales team, partnering with direct reps to bring Marketing AI into their existing enterprise accounts. You’ll work with CMOs and senior marketing technology leaders at large enterprises, and close eight-figure transformation deals. You'll shape how the market thinks about AI in marketing and have a direct line to Product and Executive Leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Generate and close enterprise pipeline. Own a direct territory and book of business, while serving as an overlay to direct reps. Run the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close, targeting multi-million and eight-figure opportunities.
  • Sell to the CMO's organization. Build deep, trusted relationships with CMOs and their technical counterparts, and lead executive-level conversations that shape the buying vision.
  • Tell a differentiated story. Position Marketing AI as the intelligence layer over the customer's existing Martech and CDP stack. Show how it moves marketers from segment averages to individual-level prediction, and from launch-and-hope to simulate-then-spend.
  • Build the business case. Understand each customer's Martech architecture, performance metrics, data readiness, and AI maturity. Translate that into measurable outcomes such as forecast confidence, campaign efficiency, and AI cost economics.
  • Orchestrate the deal. Partner with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Executive Leadership to run multi-threaded, 6–12 month cycles.
  • Forecast with discipline. Maintain a well-qualified pipeline and give sales leadership accurate, regular reporting.
  • Shape the roadmap. Bring field insights on buyer needs, objections, and the competitive Martech landscape back to Product and Go-to-Market leadership.
  • Stay expert. Keep expert-level knowledge of Marketing AI, the Martech ecosystem, and enterprise AI trends.
  • Travel. Expect moderate domestic and international travel.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years in strategic or enterprise software sales, with a record of closing and expanding large, complex accounts.
  • Direct experience selling marketing technology, with deep knowledge of the Martech stack (CDPs, marketing automation, personalization, analytics, and campaign orchestration).
  • Experience leading or closing eight-figure ($10M+) deals.
  • Proven success selling to CMOs or CMO-equivalent technical buyers in Fortune 500 or large enterprise environments.
  • Executive presence, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to explain AI in business terms to non-technical buyers.
  • Consultative, value-based selling that ties technology to measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience managing multi-threaded, cross-functional sales cycles of 6–12 months.

Strong plus

  • Background at a leading marketing cloud or suite provider (for example, Adobe Experience Cloud or Salesforce Marketing Cloud), or at a CDP or Martech platform vendor.
  • Experience selling AI, analytics, or data-intelligence products into marketing organizations.
  • An existing network of CMO and Martech leader relationships in your territory.

Hiring Range: $261,900 - $400,000 OTE (50% base salary / 50% variable compensation). Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.

Hiring Pay Range:

Benefits:

In addition to competitive base pay, this position also includes an annual incentive opportunity based on target achievement,  pre-IPO stock options, benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a match, and more, plus generous paid time off, paid holidays, paid day off for your birthday and other paid leave policies to support employees through all phases of life.
