Yobi is a rapidly growing Behavioral AI company on a mission to ethically democratize the benefits of data and AI.

Since 2019, we have built one of the largest consented behavioral datasets in the United States, extending far beyond the walled gardens of Big Tech. Unlike traditional LLM companies, Yobi builds foundation models of human behavior grounded in real-world actions such as purchases and store visits.

Our private-by-design modeling enables state-of-the-art personalization and decisioning for leading brands and agencies while protecting privacy, safety, and ethics.

Today, we are focused on bringing the performance of closed-web user acquisition to the open web and connected TV, giving brands walled-garden results without the walls.

At our core, Yobi is building the behavioral intelligence layer for any system that makes a personalization decision.

Director, Sales & Partnerships
We're seeking a Director, Sales & Partnerships to drive Yobi's revenue with advertisers and brands by going to market through our growing roster of strategic alliances — including Microsoft, Databricks, major agency holding companies, large independent agencies, and others. This is a highly senior IC role for an experienced enterprise seller who can both close activation revenue with brands and deepen long-term, co-sell motions with our partners. The ideal candidate brings hands-on enterprise AdTech and/or MarTech sales experience, a strong track record of partner-led selling, and the drive to make a direct impact in a high-growth startup environment.
Responsibilities

  • Drive new revenue with advertisers and brands by co-selling through Yobi's strategic alliances, including Microsoft, Databricks, agency holding companies, large independent agencies, and others

  • Build and execute joint go-to-market plans in partnership with Yobi's Partnerships team and our alliance partners — including pipeline development, co-marketing motions, and aligned account planning into shared brand targets

  • Own enterprise activation sales cycles end-to-end with brand advertisers, from prospecting through close, leveraging partner relationships to accelerate deals

  • Expand existing alliances by unlocking new business units, agencies within HoldCo networks, and partner sales teams Yobi hasn't yet activated

  • Partner with junior account executives to coach, develop, and co-sell on alliance-sourced opportunities

  • Collaborate closely with Business Development and Product to align go-to-market strategy with partner roadmaps and brand client needs

  • Serve as a credible voice for Yobi inside partner organizations — getting our name into seller plays, enablement decks, and joint pitches

This role reports directly to the EVP, Commercial as Yobi AI builds its founding sales team to scale adoption of Yobi's business. The role will partner closely with a Senior Account Executive (HoldCos) that Yobi is currently hiring, who will also report to the EVP, Commercial.
What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in AdTech and/or MarTech, selling data/AI solutions to brands and advertisers, with a meaningful portion of revenue sourced through partners or channels

  • Track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with Fortune 500 brand advertisers

  • Demonstrated success in partner-led or alliance-driven sales motions — co-selling with hyperscalers (Microsoft, AWS, Google), data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake), agencies, or similar

  • Deep network across brand advertisers, agency holding companies, and at least one major technology or data platform partner

  • Proven track record in activation or partnership sales within AdTech or MarTech, especially DSPs, CDPs, or audience/data solutions

  • Player-coach mentality, including willingness to:

    • Prospect deals directly with brands

    • Run enterprise activation sales cycles end-to-end

    • Grow existing agency and platform alliances

    • Partner with and mentor junior AEs

  • Thrives in new environments, energized by building products and functions from 0 to 1, and hungry to make an impact in a startup

  • Strong communicator with a collaborative approach and startup agility

  • Location in New York a plus

Competitive compensation package including base salary ($160,000–$200,000 annual), commission eligibility, and potential equity grants.
