Position Summary:  The Director of Sales Strategic Initiatives will play a critical role in shaping and driving the execution of high-priority sales initiatives that align with the company’s growth strategy. This leader will partner directly with senior sales leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, drive operational excellence, and ensure scalable execution of strategic programs across the global sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic programs that improve sales productivity, accelerate revenue growth, and support GTM transformation.
  • Partner with executive leadership to define and prioritize initiatives that support both long-term vision and near-term sales goals.
  • Drive end-to-end program ownership from planning, stakeholder alignment, and execution to measurement and optimization.
  • Act as a thought leader and internal consultant, identifying whitespace opportunities, designing solutions, and driving change management across the sales org.
  • Manage a portfolio of initiatives that may include org design, segmentation strategy, incentive alignment, enablement effectiveness, and new product rollouts.
  • Analyze performance data and insights to identify root causes, support decision-making, and guide continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8–10+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Management Consulting, or GTM Strategy roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact initiatives in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of B2B enterprise sales motions and GTM models.
  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker who can translate vision into actionable execution.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Power Point, Excel, and project/program management tools.
  • Role will be hybrid in our Sunnyvale, CA office

Pay within these ranges varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee. This role may be eligible for variable compensation and/or equity. We offer a competitive benefits package, including flexible time off, a comprehensive well-being program with two paid Wellbeing Days and two paid Volunteer Days per year, plus a three-week Work from Anywhere option.

Base Pay Ranges:

SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area:

Base Pay Range: 194,475.00 - 285,230.00 USD

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:

Base Pay Range: 162,375.00 - 238,150.00 USD

All other cities and states excluding those listed above:

Base Pay Range: 148,425.00 - 217,690.00 USD
