Metaview is an AI company focused on recruiting. We build AI agents that help world-class companies like Affirm, Deel, and ElevenLabs automate away manual tasks and hire with radical speed and precision.

Founded by Siadhal and Shahriar after their experiences scaling Uber and Palantir, we’ve raised over $50m from top-tier investors including Google Ventures. We’re growing 5x YoY, our customers are raving fans of the product, and our story has been covered in Fortune, Forbes, TechCrunch, and The Times.

For us though, it’s still Day 0: now is the time to re-engineer how work gets done with AI at the core, and our toughest challenges still lie ahead. We’re looking for people seeking the hardest, most fulfilling work of their lives.

How we work

We operate with one core principle: velocity. In practice, this means we:

  • Optimize everything we do around accelerating rate of learning.

  • Do truly great work

  • Communicate openly and directly, and with full context.

All while maintaining a hard-earned reputation for craft and quality.

The role:

We’re building on strong PMF and rapidly growing demand across the US. As our Director of Sales, you’ll report to VP Mark Goldberger, owning the growth of our SDR, SMB and Mid-Market business in the region. You'll lead and scale a high-performing team, driving new revenue, and building the systems that make our sales engine world-class. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves developing talent, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is obsessive about building repeatable, scalable pipeline and revenue motions.

Key ownership areas:

  • Own revenue and performance for all SMB and MM deals across the US.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a growing team of SMB and MM AEs, as well as SDRs, to consistently hit and exceed targets.

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top sales and SDR talent, building a strong bench and culture of excellence.

  • Drive sales-led pipeline generation strategies, with particular focus on SDR effectiveness and AE productivity.

  • Analyze performance by segment and region to identify trends, then design and implement process improvements across the sales motion.

  • Partner closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure tight feedback loops, clear forecasting, and alignment on regional growth priorities.

What you bring:
  • 7+ years in sales across SDR and AE, with at least 2 years as a frontline sales leader

  • Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding new-business quotas across SMB and/or Mid-market segments.

  • Experience building and scaling sales teams: recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing top-performing AEs and SDRs.

  • Deep understanding of sales-led pipeline generation, with hands-on experience driving outbound, SDR productivity, and collaboration with marketing.

  • Strong operational rigor: comfortable owning segment/territory planning, forecasting, and process improvements to increase productivity per rep.

  • Skilled coach and culture-builder who raises the bar, gives direct feedback, and creates an environment where ambitious people do their best work.

  • High ownership mindset, data-driven, and excited to build in a dynamic, rapidly evolving AI business.

What we offer:
  • The best co-workers you’ll ever have, in an environment that fosters cohesion, collaboration, and performance.

  • Supreme rate-of-learning as we re-orient how the world works with AI.

  • High compensation, through cash and equity.

  • All the benefits you’d expect and more.
