About the Role

Valasys Media is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Director to lead and scale our US revenue strategy. This role will focus on selling content syndication, intent-based lead generation, MQL/SQL-qualified leads, and data nurturing services to enterprise and mid-market B2B technology clients.

As a Sales Director, you will own the entire sales cycle—from identifying demand to closing deals—while leveraging buyer intent data, account-based outreach, and performance-driven campaigns to deliver sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a high-performing outbound sales pipeline targeting US-based B2B SaaS and technology marketers.

Sell Valasys Media's solutions, including:

Content Syndication

Intent-based Lead Generation

Data Nurturing

MQL/SQL-qualified Leads

Leverage industry-leading intent data platforms (e.g., 6sense, Bombora, ZoomInfo) for account-based outreach.

Present campaign strategies, performance forecasts, and ROI analysis to C-level stakeholders.

Consistently achieve and exceed assigned quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Collaborate with internal delivery teams for campaign execution, reporting, and renewals.

Represent Valasys at US-based industry events, panels, and networking forums.

Requirements

Experience: 7–10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, demand generation, or digital media sales.

Strong background in US-based performance-driven lead generation and account-based campaigns.

Familiarity with sales and marketing platforms such as:

6sense

Demandbase

ZoomInfo

HubSpot

Salesforce

Proven track record of consistently exceeding high-value revenue targets.

Clear understanding of US data privacy and compliance regulations.

Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 with a Year 1 revenue quota of $1.50 million

OTE (On-Target Earnings): OTE at approx. $300K–$315K

Plus uncapped commissions after 12 months of consistent target achievement.
5% on incremental expansion revenue from existing accounts and 8% on genuine net-new-logo revenue. Once reach 125% of quota, the accelerator kicks in at 6% on expansion and 10% on net-new business.

<70% attainment → No commission
70%–124.99% → Standard commission rate
125%+ → Accelerator only on the surplus above 125%
