C3 AI is seeking a Director / Senior Director, Strategic Alliances to build and scale C3 AI's relationships with leading global and specialist system integrators. As the owner of the SI ecosystem, you will develop joint go-to-market and delivery models that turn integrators into a force multiplier for C3 AI — building certified delivery capacity, sourcing partner-led pipeline, and driving co-sell at scale across industries. This is a senior, relationship-driven role for a leader who knows how to turn SI partnerships into repeatable, revenue-generating motions.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead C3 AI's relationships across a portfolio of global and specialist system integrators, including the joint business plan, executive governance, and investment model for each priority partner.
  • Build and execute joint go-to-market strategies that drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and closed revenue across industries and regions.
  • Develop co-sell motions between C3 AI field sales and SI account and industry teams; identify, register, and progress joint opportunities.
  • Build partner delivery capacity by driving practice development, training, and certification so integrators can implement and scale C3 AI solutions with quality.
  • Develop joint offerings, industry solutions, and reference architectures that pair C3 AI applications with each SI's domain and delivery expertise.
  • Drive co-marketing programs, including joint events, content, and demand-generation campaigns.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional execution across C3 AI sales, product, services/delivery, marketing, legal, and operations to support joint pursuits and customer success.
  • Establish and report on alliance KPIs, including sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, certified capacity, delivery quality, and joint wins; report progress to senior leadership.
  • Serve as the executive face of the SI ecosystem internally and externally, representing C3 AI with partner leadership and at joint customer engagements.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in alliances, channel, business development, or consulting, including significant time building and monetizing relationships with Big Four professional services, IT services, and/or specialist or boutique firms.
  • Deep, active relationships with senior leaders and practice owners across one or more major system integrators.
  • Demonstrated track record of going to market with system integrators and building partner-sourced, alliance-driven revenue at scale.
  • Proven ability to develop executive-level relationships and influence C-suite and partner-level stakeholders.
  • Experience standing up partner delivery capacity, including practice development, enablement, and certification programs.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving and managing to measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI / machine learning and the enterprise software landscape; technical degree or MBA preferred.
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills and executive presence.
  • Willingness to travel to partner and customer sites as needed.
