C3 AI is seeking a Director / Senior Director, Strategic Alliances to lead C3 AI's most strategic management-consulting partnership, beginning with McKinsey & Company. As the executive owner of this alliance, you will architect a joint go-to-market model that pairs C3 AI's enterprise AI software with the consulting firm's transformation engagements, cultivate relationships at the partner level, and drive material partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. This is a senior, relationship-driven role for a leader who has operated inside a top-tier consulting firm and knows how to build and monetize alliances with the Big Three.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead C3 AI's strategic alliance with McKinsey, including the joint business plan, executive governance, and joint investment model.
  • Build and deepen relationships with partners and senior leaders across the consulting firm, leveraging existing trusted relationships to open and accelerate opportunities.
  • Architect a joint go-to-market model that embeds C3 AI software into the firm's client transformation programs and practice areas.
  • Drive significant partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue, and manage the alliance to measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Lead joint solution development, offering creation, and account-level pursuit planning in partnership with the firm's practices.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional execution across C3 AI sales, product, marketing, legal, and delivery to support joint pursuits and customer success.
  • Establish and report on alliance KPIs, including sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, joint wins, and enablement / certification of partner practitioners.
  • Serve as the executive face of the partnership internally and externally, representing C3 AI with the firm's leadership and at joint customer engagements.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience at a Big Three management consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG), including time at the Partner / Principal level; or, 10+ years of experience going to market jointly with Big Three consulting firms and building alliance-driven revenue.
  • Deep, active relationships with partners and senior leaders across one or more of the Big Three consulting firms.
  • Proven ability to develop executive-level relationships and influence C-suite and partner-level stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving and managing to measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI / machine learning and the enterprise software landscape; technical degree or MBA preferred.
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills and executive presence.
  • Willingness to travel to partner and customer sites as needed.

California Base Pay Range
$215,000$310,000 USD
