Lead development and execution of a short-form social strategy for Kate, building formats, cadence, and growth. Create operational workflows, direct creators and editors, hire and grow the content team, own performance via analytics, and partner on creative direction to translate complex women's health science into accessible, social-first storytelling.
The summary above was generated by AI

Kate Tolo, co-founder of Blueprint, Don't Die, and Immortals — is building her own brand at the forefront of female health: the first longevity protocol designed from the ground up around a woman's body. Short-form is how it reaches people, and Instagram is home base. We're looking for a strategist to build it from the ground up — owning the strategy, storytelling, and growth runway for Kate across Instagram (Reels, carousels, Stories) and beyond, and directing the team of creators that brings it to life.

Medicine and longevity have largely been written in a language that leaves women out — the female body has never really been mapped. Kate is changing that, turning the same engine of measurement and radical transparency that made Bryan a global experiment on the female body for the first time. The question driving everything: what happens when the female body is studied with a rigor it's never been given? Plenty of people can make content; we're looking for someone who can build a strategy that compounds — and who gets that Bryan is declarative while Kate is discovering, the translator making an uncharted female body legible.

Location: Los Angeles Preferred, Remote for the right candidate.

Requirements

Position Responsibilities:

  • Build Kate's short-form social strategy from the ground up — thesis, formats, cadence, and growth plan
  • Build the operational backbone — a social content calendar, briefing and review workflows, and a publishing cadence that keep a growing team shipping consistently.
  • Define the storytelling that turns a personal protocol and a new health brand into content people follow and come back to.
  • Direct creators and editors — write clear briefs and shepherd concepts from ideation through final cut, getting the vision out of a team rather than making everything yourself.
  • Build and lead the content team — hire and grow creators, editors, and coordination as the brand scales.
  • Own performance — use analytics to learn what's working and feed it back into strategy.
  • Partner closely with Kate and the Senior Director of Content on creative direction.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years building short-form social/content strategy, ideally 0→1 — a brand or creator taken from blank page to a real, growing audience.
  • A talent for translating complex or scientific topics into accessible, social-first storytelling.. making rigorous material feel human and shareable.
  • Experience directing creators and editors — you get the best work out of a team, not by doing it all yourself.
  • Deep expertise in short-form platforms, Instagram especially — the mechanics of growth, attention, and retention.
  • Exceptional storytelling instincts and strategic judgment.
  • Fluency with social analytics and data-informed decision-making.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the production and edit process — enough to direct it and set a high creative bar.
  • Basic graphic design / Canva.
  • Interest or background in women's health, longevity, or wellness.
  • Comfort in a fast, scrappy environment where a quick post can outperform a big production.
  • Experience repurposing/distributing content across channels (e.g., X).
