As the Director, Solutions Advisory for Public Sector, you will be a strategic catalyst for Icertis' growth across GovCon, Federal, SLED, and Higher Education markets in the AMER region. Partnering with sales, product, and customer stakeholders, you will shape solution strategies, deliver Public Sector thought leadership, and apply contract lifecycle management expertise to address evolving compliance, acquisition, and contracting challenges while driving customer success and strengthening Icertis' leadership in the Public Sector market.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales teams to design, demo, and present tailored CLM solutions for Government Contracting (GovCon), Federal, SLED, and Higher Education prospects and customers.
  • Lead pre-sales engagements, including workshops, proof-of-concepts, and solution deep dives, to accelerate Public Sector opportunities and drive successful outcomes.
  • Create and disseminate Public Sector-focused best practices, thought leadership, and industry content covering contracting, compliance, procurement, and digital transformation.
  • Monitor regulatory, technology, acquisition, and market trends impacting GovCon, Federal, SLED, and Higher Education organizations, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, contracting, procurement, legal, and program leadership stakeholders, articulating business value to both executive and operational audiences.
  • Provide product and engineering teams with customer and market feedback to influence roadmap priorities and Public Sector solution strategy.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing Solutions Advisory team supporting Public Sector opportunities across the Americas.
  • Define and track key metrics such as win rates, solution adoption, pipeline influence, and customer satisfaction, reporting results to leadership.
  • Represent Icertis at Government Contracting, Public Sector, procurement, and industry events to strengthen market presence and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, procurement, and contracting stakeholders to ensure solutions align with Public Sector regulatory, security, and operational requirements.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, solution consulting, or pre-sales leadership, with a focus on contract lifecycle management and Public Sector organizations.
  • Proven success supporting complex software pursuits within Government Contracting (GovCon), Federal, State and Local Government (SLED), or Higher Education markets.
  • Deep knowledge of CLM processes, government compliance requirements, public-sector procurement, and regulated contracting environments.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence agency leaders, contractor executives, and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities, particularly within complex contracting and compliance-driven environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across sales, product, delivery, and industry stakeholders.
  • Public policy, government, business, or advanced technical degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% across the AMER region.
  • Track record of Public Sector thought leadership through industry publications, speaking engagements, customer advisory activities, or professional contributions.
  • Ability to translate complex technical, compliance, and contracting concepts into clear business value for diverse stakeholder groups across Federal, GovCon, SLED, and Higher Education organizations.

Compensation:

OTE: $225,000 to $295,000 (75/25)

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary and annual sales target incentive bonus, an equity component is included in the compensation package.
