Compensation

  • Base Annual Salary: $170,000 - $230,000
  • Annual Bonus: Up to 10%

Your Impact:

  • Strategic & Operational Analytics
    • Own and evolve the company’s operational KPI framework across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Payments, and Operations
    • Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand what is happening, why it is happening, and what to do next
    • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and segmentation
    • Translate operational performance into financial impact (revenue, margin, cash flow, unit economics)
    • Develop clear, concise narratives that explain performance vs. plan, root causes, and actionable recommendations
    • Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CFO on strategic priorities
  • Cross-Functional Business Partnering
    • Partner with functional leaders to define meaningful success metrics, diagnose performance issues, evaluate trade-offs and initiatives
    • Act as an internal consultant—challenging assumptions and driving accountability through data
  • Strategic Initiatives & Special Projects
    • Lead high-impact strategic projects, including:
      • Growth and retention initiatives
      • Pricing and monetization analysis
      • Efficiency and margin improvement opportunities
      • New product or market evaluations
    • Support long-range planning and key investment decisions

What you Bring:

  • Experience
    • 8–12+ years of experience in:
      • Strategic Finance
      • Business Operations
      • Consulting (with subsequent operating experience strongly preferred)

      • SQL (required)
      • Business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
    • Strong understanding of financial statements and unit economics
    • Ability to independently source, validate, and analyze data
    • Exceptional storytelling with data—written and verbal
    • Extremely analytical and intellectually curious
    • Business-minded problem solver, not a passive reporter
