About the Role

We’re hiring a Director, Strategic Sales to lead and scale our Strategic Sales organization across the East, driving new logo acquisition and expansion within the Global 2000 and the world’s largest data teams.

You’ll lead a team of high-performing Strategic Account Executives, shape repeatable sales motions and playbooks, partner cross-functionally to ensure customer success, and foster deep executive relationships that accelerate growth and long-term value.

What You’ll Do
  • Hire, develop, and lead a team of Strategic Account Executives while building a high-performance, engaged sales culture

  • Define and operationalize situational sales plays and repeatable processes to land net-new logos, expand usage, and drive consistent execution

  • Own pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting, identifying opportunities to improve process, efficiency, and productivity

You’re a Fit If You Have
  • 5+ years of experience leading enterprise or strategic sales teams in fast-paced, matrixed environments, ideally within data-driven industries

  • 10+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in complex software, with a strong track record of winning enterprise and strategic deals

  • Demonstrated success in forecasting, territory planning, account mapping, and leading discovery for high-value accounts

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally

Nice to Have
  • Experience partnering closely with Customer Success to drive adoption, usage expansion, and strong customer sentiment
