  • Oversee all aspects of executive compensation, including benchmarking, plan design, compliance, and preparation of materials for the Compensation Committee.
  • Drive business impact through the development and execution of thoughtful, data-informed compensation programs that align with our goals, reflect our values, and reward talent across all regions.
  • Work cross-functionally with global leaders, key partners, and within the BX team to successfully design, strengthen, and implement a Total Rewards strategy to attract and retain employees
  • Ensure our global compensation structure and benchmarking practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our overarching compensation philosophy across all regions
  • Drive successful design, execution and communication of reward programs, such as salary/promotion review, equity programs, bonus programs, and executive compensation reviews
  • You will establish industry-leading global rewards and recognition practices; create innovative, scalable processes; and achieve optimal utilization of our Total Rewards budget and resources
  • Bring a strong external perspective by researching and applying best-in-class trends, benchmarks, and emerging technologies to continuously evolve our Total Rewards approach.
  • Increase the compensation literacy of our managers and Britelings at large to ensure they understand how we make decisions and have trust and confidence in our compensation approach.
THE SKILL SET
  • 8+ years of Total Rewards experience with comprehensive responsibilities, including 6+ years in the development and oversight of compensation programs in fast-paced, global, public companies
  • Proven experience as a strong organizational leader including the development and motivation of employees, prioritizing objectives, driving strategic plans, measuring effectiveness, and high business acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as analytical skills inclusive of producing budgets and forecasts
  • Ability to effectively manage several complex projects simultaneously
  • Background in building relationships with global cross-functional teams, vendors and partners
  • Familiarity with Workday, Radford, Mercer, and other global compensation and benefit providers and tools
  • Self-directed but able to be cross-functionally collaborative with employees and teams at all levels
