About Enterprise Services

Enterprise Services delivers the workplace solutions and infrastructure that enable a consistent, high‑quality employee experience globally. Our teams span real estate strategy, workplace operations and facilities management, corporate security, resilience, executive operations, and workplace experience and insights.

This role sits within Workplace Experience & Insights, shaping Enterprise Services’ approach to experience design, listening, and service excellence.

What You’ll Do

Set the Strategy & Evolve the Function

  • Advance BlackRock’s employee experience vision, guiding principles, and service standards.

  • Lead and further mature the Workplace Experience Programs function, evolving the operating model, governance, to support scale.

Design, Pilot & Scale Experience Enhancements

  • Build on existing experience initiatives in partnership with Facilities Management, Front of House, Food Services, Events, and other service teams.

  • Design targeted pilots and transition successful approaches into BAU operations with clear ownership and success measures.

Lead Key Experience Programs

  • Own and continuously improve a portfolio of programs that enhance belonging, ease, and connection across key workplace touchpoints.

  • Refine playbooks and repeatable processes to ensure quality and consistency across locations.

Elevate the Employee Voice

  • Enhance and manage real‑time and thematic feedback channels to capture sentiment and identify friction points.

  • Translate insights into clear priorities, recommendations, and action plans in partnership with service owners.

Drive Alignment, Change & Improvement

  • Lead working groups across Technology, HR, Workplace Operations, Communications, and Events.

  • Partner with Communications on messaging and change management.

  • Define success metrics and identify opportunities to simplify and modernize the workplace experience.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 7–10+ years in employee experience, workplace programs, culture change, hospitality leadership, or communications—ideally in a complex, global environment.

  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop multi‑year strategies, frameworks, and clear direction.

  • Leadership: Experience managing and developing teams and strengthening existing capabilities.

  • Engagement Expertise: Track record of designing programs that enhance engagement and workplace experience.

  • Insight‑Driven & Influential: Comfort using qualitative insights and sentiment data to inform decisions and align stakeholders.

  • Strong Communicator: Clear, compelling written and verbal communication.

  • Adaptability & Curiosity: Willingness to test, learn, and stay closely connected to employee needs.

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$173,500.00 - USD$270,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance. For Atlanta, GA Only the salary range for this position is USD$163,500.00 - USD$250,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.

Our hybrid work model

BlackRock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all. Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
