- Manage and maintain certification documents, records, and correspondence using internal and customer-facing systems.
- Review project information for completeness and accuracy prior to processing.
- Process documentation requests and support projects from various business units and industries.
- Track project status and maintain accurate records throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify documentation discrepancies and proactively work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with established procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and service level expectations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across global teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in Document Control, Administrative Support, Data Management, Records Management, or a related role.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large volumes of documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Comfortable learning and using multiple systems and software applications.
- Intermediate English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a compliance, certification, quality assurance, testing, or regulated industry environment.
- Exposure to document management systems or workflow tools.
- Knowledge of records management and document control best practices.
